At least 2 years experience as fast food, quick casual, or family dining in General Manager role
Skills in cost control
Proven ability to train and motivate a team
Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
Evidence of creativity in developing plans for increasing sales and motivating team members
Experience in performance management
Proficient in P&L
