What does Penny Gross do to make our community better. I live in the Barcroft Hills neighborhood across Columbia Pike from her office and as far as I can tell she's never seen it since the time she drove through during the Bethany House controversy. If she got out of her office right now, she'd find a pile of trash at the corner of Larchwood and Columbia pick service road in front of the Bethany House. (This is the same behavior that made neighbors fight their expansion that Penny supported) She'd find another pile of trash in front of the neighboring house on the service road, and another pile on the corner of the service road and Whispering Lane. She'd find neglected yards with grass and weeds growing out of control. She'd find houses with trash cans left in the front yard all week long and multiple cars parked in the front yard, and all of that can be found in 1 block. Even after filing complaints about all of these concerns the neighborhood continues to be ignored. It's too bad Penny doesn't take an interest in the neighborhood she works closest to.
