I grew up with J.T., went to junior high and high school with him. He fell in love with image and lifestyle and lost everything trying to keep up the charade. He is in a MINIMUM security federal joint in Cumberland, MD, until 2013. I know people who were questioned in the investigation that led to his demise. Everything he did was a calculated and crafted plan to defraud the bankruptcy system. He does, indeed, deserve what he got. Rest of his life....you must not pay taxes. If we keep people like him in jail forever the country would go broke feeding them.

I found out about this guy in a unique way. I was in the computer lab of the Wilton House condo on Gallows Rd by the Dunn Loring metro. John Tsiaoushis left his AOL email open. I don't know if he was living here or what. I didn't see the guy but when I went to go use the computer I just started browsing through his emails. I couldn't believe how sleazy this guy was. He was screwing over his restaurant tenants on Gallows Rd (Carvel, zPizza). One of them, I think it was zPizza had these concerns about the building which John kept blowing off. I believe it was the heating system that wasn't working properly. The tenant had to threaten to withhold rent. That was the only way to get John's attention. I remember also reading about some real safety issues with the structure (I think it was the roof) that John was doing nothing about. At the same time, John was screwing over the building contractor to the point where no more work was being done and the contractor would only deal with John in writing. Maybe that's why those other restaurants took so long to be built.

I remember in his back and forth emails with the zPizza owner, John even threatened to steal away some zPizza employees to come work at Chics-N-Wings. What a scumbag. Also, John faked all these letters from the various creditors, complete with logos, to be mailed to the credit bureaus so Sophia's credit would be cleaned. He didn't even bother to delete them, just left them on the desktop. There were other things that I can't recall at the moment as this was a couple of years ago. I didn't even read everything. It was too much. I couldn't get over how someone could so blatantly abuse all the people around him. The guy had no shame. I thought about maybe downloading all of these emails because I thought it might be useful to the people he's ripped off but figured it wasn't worth it. Then I read about the guy on this site not too long after and I'm like, yep, I'm not surprised at all.
