I checked out a few pic of the " souped up" rides there. I didnt know that getting a cone air filter and a few decals on the windshield is considered "souped up". My subaru has nothing but some sticky tires and can take out 99% of the "souped up " rides there
I saw a new Honda Accord.(the re-designed model that just came out this year)
The Hispanic/Italian-looking driver had take off all the Honda badges
and put on BMW M3 emblems. Unfortunately he forgot about the wheels.
The wheel center caps still showed that it was a Honda...
I really didn't get it... what's the point of putting BMW emblems all over
a spanking new Honda Accord. I mean the new Accord ain't a bad-looking car
to beging with...

I was surprised that many of the cars in the parking lots were tricked out Ford Mustang's. I guess Ford Mustangs must now be cheap enough to qualify as four or five year old Honda's or Mazda's.

say no more, there is no further explanation needed as to why he did what he did. I dont know why but all the hispanics in my neighborehood gay their cars as much as possible. I mean honda civic does not need 20 inch rims. There is an
idiot in his late 30s who "souped up" an old burgundy hyundai elantra. I mean I am talking about thousands of dollars worth of shit on the car. yellow leathers interior. Wing on top of the wing and my personal favorite is 20 inch rims that rub with acura center caps that dont fit but held crooked by a screw. Ill take a picture sometime. I spoke to the guy and he takes himself very seriously. I key that car every time I pass it, I just cant stand it.
I must agree, I pulled up next to a new 2 door, v6 accord and at first I thought it was a g35 but it is very attractive. I saw an old honda with bmw badges at university mall. I mean you are right, you can buy a gently used bmw for the price of a new accord without any problems.
you're kidding right? there is no such thing as a gently used bmw.
that's almost like saying "hot rod Lincoln Town Car" for sale by granny...
I used to have a BMW 325i covertible a fwe years back. that poor baby
was abused by me on a daily basis. fortunately, the dealer didn't charge me
anything extra when I returned it at lease end. (well... I didn't tell them
that I had accidentally shifted into reverse at 50mph a couple of times)

Oh dude hell yea , my subaru lease is expiring is 4k and I have beaten the leaving crap out of it. I got the 2006 legacy 2.5 gt(same motor as the wrx)
and I abuse it daily but then there is people like my dad who has always wanted a bmw their whole entire life and baby it once they get it so yes there are gently used bmw
Well when you are in the Marine Corps your entire life and dont see more then 60k a year, have a mortgage , putting 2 kids through college and have a new family, you dontexactly have money for a bmw and yes there are many people who cant afford a car of that class right away and actually have to work for some time. Not everyone gets a new bmw from their parents and there are people that have to put themselfs through college with their own money. I bet if someone didnt buy you a car or didnt co-sign the loan for you then you wouldnt be opening your mouth
it cracks me up when I see kids in brand new cars claiming them as their own and think they are god. Unless you have credit, walk into the dealership with a down payment of your own earned cash and have a bank lend you the rest of the money then you can call the car your own. Not when parents co-sign the loan and let you make the payments or even better when they just hand you the car.

I'd like to start a petition to the congress or president.
All United States Marines should get a BMW of their choice
as a standard issue equipment.
I will motl likely be flamed badly for saying this here,
but out of all the branches of the US military, I have
respect for the Marines ONLY! :)
