My son got a ticket.

My son got a ticket this year but it doesn't show up on the arrest/ticket search. I don't see any arrest on the old or new search for him or his friends. Should I just thank Cary for that & STFU?

This is because your son is a figment of your imagination. Keep taking the meds.

Yes. Was the ticket written by FCPD? If it was a Ffx City cop or a state trooper it wouldn't be on that list. I think if he's under 18 it wouldn't show on there either.

I think you hit it with the last part justsayin. I believe tickets for kids under 18 are heard in Juvenile Court and their confidentiality rules keep much of that information from being released to the public.

As has been answered many times in the past, use the OLD search instead of the broken "new search". It is not as nice an interface as the new one but at least it works for all dates. (why Cary (owner of this site and possibly the author of the Search software) doesn't dump the new search is unknown)

Forgot to mention that it takes a "few" days for data to show up.

As I said in my first post it does not show up in the old or new search. It was from Jan. 2012. He forgot to pre pay the ticket or go to court. It is on the court web site.

Look for the date, look for the address, look for last name only, or first name only.

Or any of the above combos (I'd use street and, for example, "01/*/2012" or whatever the wildcard "day" is (maybe "**")).

The wildcard character appears to be the period '.', so "01/../2012" matches all January 2012 dates.
