Ho's Dynasty in Burke has been gutted and the building permit on the door has been issued to Cafe Rio.

What a shame. The area desperately needs another martial arts studio or bank branch!

Have been to Cafe Rio before it is amazing! I am not sure what Burke is going to do with an awesome restaurant... oh I know, put many of the other crappy restaurants out of business!

I went to the Cafe Rio in Manassas, not that great tho- it will be an improvement to what we have now but it is kind of a wierd set up-like a Chipolte with more choices but not really-same core ingredients but they put it together in a different way depending on what you order...like I ordered cheese enchiladas which results in them putting cheese in a tortilla, but not melted...so not very good. It uses the chipolte model where they assemble it in front of you with a festival style (like they sing or something when they get a certain order), all in all, the food is pretty fast food stylish.
