Former Filmdex property in Centreville

since Filmdex departed for greater Chantilly was wondering if their old property was slated to be another Mega Church along Mega Church Row out there in Centreville?

Did Fairfax County zone that area for mega churches or they followed each other out there?

Anyone know how to look up property assessments for business/office properties on the county website?

It's probably too contaminated with old nuclear warheads or something - looks like an old secret Nike control site.

What's the weird V-shaped path/roadway directly (like 20 feet) north of it?

Drove past the old Filmdex site today and saw good sized truck loading up stuff from one of the hotel rooms. Must be stilled used by Filmdex for storage.

When you figure out how to do it, the Map# is 0641 01 0006

It's still owned by the same person it was in 1978

i called the chantilly facility she said it was owned by someone . She was very shady and didnt want to give me much information about it. Got mad when i asked her about the speculations too. i believe somebody lives in the house because the light is always on
