Car accident on South Van Dorn on 2/19

Just wanted to figure our some more details. The accident happened right next to me. It was a red light and the car that was there after the accident just ran right into the back of the car I was right next to. It was like the guy had a death wish because he didn't slow down at all. Anyways after the accident the car that got hit left after waiting a few minutes. The person in the car that was hit never got out or anything. Kinda weird and I just thank god it wasn't me who was hit, it's scary when something like that happens so close.

Sorry I meant accident on 2/17, it was around 10:00 pm if I remember correctly
