They will tell you that refusal equals an automatic license revocation (implied consent law), and that you may still be convicted of DUI based on the cop's testimony, dash cams, etc. I've known people that this happened to.

But I've also known people that refused and skated. They hired high-dollar lawyers and probably caught the judge/CA in a good mood.

So, it's a crap shoot basically.

My son was given all the love and devotion any child could ask for! Grew up in a beautiful area. Had a mother and father always there for him! Dont blow if you get pulled over and get a lawyer. Itll cost a little bit but with the right lawyer you will have no problems. You may get a moving violation but not a dwi/dui

Note: To dramatically increase your chances of getting away with being hammered and driving take the physical tests the officer wants to perfom. Do the walk the line thing, do the following his finger with your eyes thing, and do whatever else you feel you will pass. DO NOT DO ANY TEST YOU DO NOT THINK YOU WILL PASS.

In court, it will be a lot better when the Judge sees the video of you easily walking the line and passing other "tests" they give on the roadside.

Even if they could do you think most of FCPDs "finest" are even physically capable of getting someone down to the ground? If they did get someone down would they be able to get back up on their own power?

On NYE I literally had to pull over into a Sunoco to puke because I was so hammered. I was mixing codeine and alcohol all night and got mega fucked up. It was fun as hell.

I serisouly do not remeber much of the drive that night besides puking. It was fun as hell.

I cant wait to go out tomorrow night and get tore the fuck up again.

BTW: I have a big truck so I will most likely not hurt myself.
