Aircraft Noise Pollution

It's 9:09, and I hear a loud aircraft flying overhead of my house. This has been going on for about two weeks now! Most of us have work in the morning, and these noises at night are highly disturbing to me trying to sleep.

Anyone else having a problem?

Maybe the "problem" is you going to bed at 9pm like a 4 year old.

Go to the website of the nearby airport and you can file a noise comlaint.

Otherwise put in earplugs...

I always figured a lot of folks go out for a flight with their small planes late nights on weekends when traffic is lighter in the sky

These sound more like military aircraft. I have no problem with citizens flying planes when ever, but the government should be more considerate with the constant stream of planes.

Their training or possible response to something is more important. If you live in the DC area around 10 to 15 military bases with aircraft you know that youre going to hear them.

Perhaps we have jobs that require us to be there at 6 am .Not all of us can manage the Sunglass Hut Kiosk at the mall and show up for work between 10 and 11.

Hey, they have real stores now and have upgraded from the Kiosk. Tysons even has two stores for some reason
