What is it?
It is letting your dogs run loose and unsupervised.

How do you get charged twice?
That's pretty simple..You do it two times.. "That was easy"

He was trying to scare a couple large dogs by running at them in a threatening manner. Bet he'd find comfort with Ron Mexico....

People in Fairfax Station, a relativley rural part of FFX county

Hell, I see horses in Oakton on Vale road now and again. There is also a horse ranch on Hunter Mill Road right as you near the WOD.
