I got distribution charge and had 1LB of Marij. Anyone know what the outcome might be?

Probably three years with all but one year suspended, so you will be out in 9 months. Take an attorney to court because the prosecutor will ask for five years. Take really deep breaths and it won't hurt as much.

I talked to robert whitestone. his expensive ass shit. I got another lawyer.
But my case is a lil complicated. n i didnt do the transaction, it was a setup. there was a undercover there.

A pound is a big deal around here, you'll most likely spend a few K on a good attorney and if you have no priors and are really really lucky no jail time but you probably will get jail time. With that amount you were definatley dealing so you should stop that now or you will be double fucked next time. BTW, was in in one bag? seperate bags? was there a scale?
