CHANTILLY, Va. - A medical assistant in a Virginia doctor's office is accused of violating a patient's trust. Jorge Sanchez, 49, of Hagerstown, Maryland has been arrested for inappropriately touching patients in an exam room.
The incidents occurred between July 20 and August 6. The two female victims, 27 and 29 years old, were receiving care at the Chantilly Specialists office, located at 14121 Parke Long Court #112, Chantilly, when they were allegedly sexually assaulted.
Investigators think there may be more victims out there.
As a medical assistant, Sanchez was supposed to take vitals, ask health questions and take blood pressure. Officials say Sanchez may have inappropriately touched as many as four women in an exam room.
So far, he's charged with two cases.
On Wednesday, owners of the Chantilly Specialist clinic are openly talking about it and recall the first shocking complaint.
"These are unconscionable actions. It threw me for a loop. She (the first victim) was numb. I think she didn't know what to do. He (Sanchez) walked out and another MA walked in to get supply .She pleaded don't leave me alone and quickly said, I've been molested," said Paul Boccone, President of Chantilly Specialists.
Patients are in disbelief.
"It's very disturbing. I didn't know it was going on. I've only experienced niceness from this office," said patient Dawn Rhodes.
Owners of Chantilly Specialists say the complaints against the 49-year-old employee were bad.
In a 24-hour period, three women complained. Owners say they never doubted the women.
"They were devastated. This is a devastating and invasive blow. It's not just being sexually assaulted-- but good God, in a doctor's office," said Boccone.
The office deals with patients suffering from chronic pain. Normally, there is no physical exam-- even from doctors.
Owners say this medical assistant clearly crossed the line.
"He was not in any way shape or form supposed to be doing any physical examinations. He was not supposed to be. Good gosh no. In short, no," said Boccone.
Sanchez worked at the office for less than three months. Officials fear there are more victims.
Chantilly Specialists are not hiding from the ugly details.
"There's no question, these women were invaded and it happened in my practice and I (expletive) take it seriously," said Boccone.
Managers say Sanchez was removed from dealing with female patients on the day of the first complaint. That's when police were called, and by the end of the next day, he was suspended.
Sanchez was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of sexual battery. More charges are expected.

That place is a rip off. It is all about money. They do not even take insurance. They charge a total of like 1300.00 the first month. There is a place in Fairfax called The Brainer Clinic, Head Doctor Dr. Julio Gonzaliz( not sure how to spell it.) He is a great doctor, they are more affordable. 500.00 for the 1st visit , 200.00 every month after. That is if u do not have insurance though. Only insurance that I know they take is Medicaid.

Capital spine and pain centers. They have offices all over the area. I went there about 15 years ago when it was center for physical medicine and pain management.
Dr.s Bailint and Cherrick are the big names there. I saw them for lower back pain, and then a few years later shoulder pain.

I can say that if you are a patient that has a legitament problem. Up until now a person was treated with respect and kindness. They have taken on a new physician Dr. Match which failed twice the board certified test to become a ob/gyn Dr. and then still performed illegal abortions which caused injury to patients...he attended a substandard school Autonomous University of Guadalajara Mexico. He has also been charged with brutally abusing his wife knocking her down stairs.beating her in the face and kicking her...He is known by close freinds that he is a woman hater and considers them C--ts. He has been practicing at Chantilly Practice for the last six months not all patients have seen him yet. But I will tell you I have had the pleasure of meeting this woman hater and I left in tears. He verbally and mentally abused me..I have never ran into a physician so rude and inconsiderate but I did not complain because. I do need my medication...supposedly he is there to clean out the ones that are faking thier pain and injuries...if you ask me he is a mean spirited person that since he is the only physician there on a power trip...so beware !!! Dr Brown is a blessing to the practice he has always handled me with the kindness and listened to me with compassion... I have been with the practice for awhile and there has been alot of turn over as far as DR's. go. I hope I have answered your questions. Keep posting I will respond to what I know. But I think Dr, Match is bad for the practice. Avoid him at all costs especially if your a woman....

some people just looking for someone to sue....these are the people who are still doctor shopping, and has been released from dr offices for seeing more than 1 dr for same reason...that is till they of course got thrown out, and now suing, money, greed is what this is, and easy way to get money....shouldnt go to a place you havent researched!

OMG I couldn't believe that Paul even hired a doctor who has been convicted of abandonment of a patient! Paul is aslawywer himself and it just really surprizes me that Paul did not check him out thourghly. Dr. Joel Match is bad news!!!!!!!!!!!! His attitude is arrogant and rude! I have been a patient for 3 years and have always had Prctioner Brown and/or Dr. Mallog and I have always been treated with utmost respect!! I had the undesirable pleasure of meeting Dr. Match recently and he is a joke!! He even tried to tell me that I haven't had the surgeries that I have had. He knows nothing of my history and did not bother to take a physical/hisory from me himself. I have been in the medical field for many years myself and very aware of how things should work. Dr. Match prescribed me a medication that was contrindicated for a person with thyroid problems and was suppose to be slowly taken off the meds I was on prior to even starting the medication he prescribed. I called the pharmaicutical company and talked with them and explained every thing to them. They told me to D/C the meds and have turned it over to the medical services of the company. I also contacted my insurance carrier and was told the same thing. It really is unfortunate this has happened. Please understand anyone reading this everything has been fine until the unwelcomed arrival of such a incompent doctor. Practioner Brown, Paul,Bobby, Melissa all seem to have the best intrest of the patient in mind. I really don't want to stop using them but I refuse to be treated by someone who hates women and looks at a patient and says "I don't care" which is what was said to me, and by the way I am NOT a C..T, I really hope for the sake of the practice that he gets rid of this poor excuse for a doctor, released immediately from his duties. My primary doctor even said there is no reason for a ob/gyn to be in a pain management practice if he hasn't been in trouble which he has. Check out the

who seek drugs for recreational use. True people are sue crazy these days but this practice has had a high standard of care until Dr. Match joined the team. If he gets sued he deserves it!!!!!! If someone is trying to sue the practice they are way out of line. The problem is Dr. Match and him alone. Practioner Brown doesn't even has his bright attitude that he usually does I have had to work under a OMD for many years thank God mine had ethical morals and honored thier oath to do no harm.

Dr. Match a real winner NOT! I agree the practice has always been ethical and to take insurance eitherprofessional until he arrived. He walks around like a rooster in a barnyard. It is really ashame that Practioner Brown has to work under a doctor who has less knowledge tan he does. A nice new office and a new doctor who ruins the whole enviornment!! For all patients reading this if u have had a problem with Dr.Match please contact the board of phycians in Richmond he needs to GO. There is no reason for them not to take insurance other than laziness and they want thier money then and there. What about the patient with severe chronic pain and they don't have that kind of money. Animals get treated better. I hope that Mr. Bacone gets his act together soon. It is my understanding that Bobbie is the owners wife with the money that practice maskes I know she can afford shampoo, what about personal hygeine?

If you're asking about a pain clinic on a forum you're obviously a narcotic seeker/addict. Ask your primary care doctor about how you can manage your "fibromyalgia" without endless fentanyl patches or dilaudid pills.

i had the unfortunate luck of having to see dr match for the first time this week after being a long time patient of np brown.wow!!! i have never been so humiliated in all of my life. if i had only known going in ( that he is not even board certified in pain management or anesthesia ) ( and apparently barely even an ob/gyn) i would have had a lot more to say.... stay away is all i can say

Dr . Match is not the first barely qualified physician to be hired at this practice. They have hired other physicians with criminal records, one who even lost his license and
served time for stealing meds from hits patients, im referring to Dr. Shaw Jones. Paul looks at profits for the company not the quality of medicine being performed. All I can say is this place could be very dangerous to your health, and quality of life.
Your best bet is to ask you local pharmacist or medical board for a reputable pain management facility.

I have been a patient there for 7 months and usually saw Brown who is a nurse Practicianer, not a Doctor. He always spent 15 minutes with me, was constantly distracted by calls to his cell phone, then leave to chat, come back, type up my scripts and that was it. He never asked for any referals he asked me to get, I would give them to the guy at triage, who seemed more concerned with my health then brown. brown most times was rude, and god forbid your appointment was near lunchtime. He would disappear for an hour or 2. This week I saw a new guy, Hickey. He was thorough, actually examined me, went over my meds. He adjusted them and I feel fine. He seemed like he cared and was very professional. Brown?..NEVER. Those of you writing on here about how Brown was great it was obviously because your either a junkie or selling the meds. And since I have been there the riff raff have been dwindling each time I go. The smelly, filthy, medicare and medicaid types that filled the waiting room has been run off the premises because the Medical Director takes no nonsense and they do report to State Police those that they either suspect or have knowledge of possible criminal activity. I overheard them talking about a list they send to the Police. Hopefully, it wont shut down, just finish cleaning up the mess Brown and the owner created. Maybe they can now that both are gone

I have seen Charles Brown, CNP, for many years. I don't know about your experience, but Mr. Brown gave me the medication that I needed after I provided the necessary medical records and had further MRIs, etc. He has always spent a great deal of time with me, and not only addressed my pain management issues, but other medical issues as well and would insist that I see other specialists or be dismissed. Each re-visit, he would ask me about what I had accomplished the prior month in regard to his referrals to specialists. He told me point blank, "I am not doing this to make your life difficult, I sincerely care about your health." Paul is nice to your face because he is money hungry and doesn't want to lose patients, but really don't know if he actual cares about patients or not. Bobbie, his wife, is very nice and helpful, but stays out of the doctors affairs as far as I know. Over the years though, the place has gone down hill and I do feel like I am in the Spanish Inquisition more and more. I worry every month about the status of the clinic as I know of many shady things that go on, but do not believe that Mr. Brown took part in any. When Dr. Carol Currier was the Medical Director, it was much better, but I guess either she quit or was fired so they could hire this unqualified and uncaring OB/GYN Dr. Joel Match. He received his "medical degree" in Mexico and failed his finals twice. I also understand that he does or did a massive amount of abortions including LATE TERM abortions and either did or almost let a woman die who was complaining in the recovery room. Every time I go there are Fairfax County Police Department vehicles (marked and unmarked) there. I am considering contacting the PD, DEA, and FBI (even though I can't stand the DEA when it comes to doctors since they are the only targets they are successful with as they cannot apprehend real dealers and drug king pins) and let them know all the DIRT that I have heard and actually seen or heard with my own eyes and ears. However, I still maintain that Mr. Brown is a good provider, or at least was to me and every patient I have spoken to in the lobby. In addition, I will always be a fan of Joe Frazier, PA--I don't know what he did if anything and really don't care. To me, he was helpful, compassionate, and I will not say a bad word about him ever. Paul Boccone is neither a lawyer or doctor, yet portrays both. I understand there need to be contols on the distribution of controlled substances, but shady practices by the owner, along with drug addicts who portray pain only hurt people who really are in pain and can't function on a daily basis without this medication. I actually understand why doctors are afraid--the DEA, especially in conservation Virginia, are out to get them. Patients are not getting what they need, and pain clinics are few and far between and always getting raided. Let the President or a member of Congress have some pain and see what would happen!

One more thought, Mr. Brown was so overloaded, he couldn't even eat lunch. On some days he was the only provider there, so if he was answering the cell (which whenver he answered his cell on my time, it was business), got many knocks on the door, and the clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. At least, unlike, "Dr. Match", Mr. Brown is qualified in pain management, respective, and to my knowledge does not have a criminal record and probably would not hurt a fly.

I was refered to Chantilly Specialist by my PCP 8-2011. I have been to other so called pain management like UVA, the DR,'s card said Pain Medicine Doctor and she said that she don't perscribe pain medicine (false advertizement?). $350 for 10 min.and another script for an off lable harmful drug, gabbapinton, trileptal, topramax, lyrcia, ect... all causing more pain & suffering. total body swelling & rash, could not breath is just one experance in 11 years of 4 surgeries. once was given wrong drug combination in recovery room and died. All in the name of medical care. I even built my own gym for physical therapy and a routine made by a physical therapist. At Chantilly Specialist they looked at all my medical history, took blood test, was sent to a cardeoligest for stress test. My pain refief level is at 60% now.other placeslead you from one closed door to another and you do not see what really goes on. at Chantilly the doors are all open to see the human side of things. I have never seen any law enforcement there. the wait is very long at times. Jerry wrote closed for good. (LIAR). DEA now that is a very OUTSTANDING agency Jerry, They hire people like you. They are called RATS! fast and furious HAVE ANY MEANING?

IP patients have to be aware of the history, bias, safety, and true effectiveness of opioids since many parties in modern society have been and continue to be on a campaign to ban or restrict their use. Every IP patient will have to constantly face an ignorant bias against opioids. Bias and ignorance may be thrown in your face by family, friends, doctors, nurses, government officials, employers, and your health plan.The worst offenders, in my experiance, are the mental health industry and the sellers of non-opioid pain treatments. Simply put, parties who have a financial intrest in keeping patients in uncontrolled pain continually bad-mouth opioids. Be prepared to educate all comers, and above all, remember that IP requires opioids for control. There is no option.
Why the bias? Opioids work too well and there is no substitute. They give an IP patient a meaningful, extended, quality of life. I now have IP patients who have safely and effectively taken high doses of opioids for over 20 continuous years. Current medical knowledge indicates that IP patients can have a fairly normal lifespan if they have access to a dosage of opioids which effectively controls their pain.

stay away ! this man is a drug dealer.
he had someone I know on suboxone (fda approved oxycontin rehab drug) for years when it's prescribed for 3-6 months.

I have made many comments on other pages but i want to say this one other thing.When this happens and ones are arrested i believe the gov should have other doctors in place to take care of the ones in real honest proven pain and not left in the dark because you can die from withdraws.Some doctors say thats not possible,but being rushed to the er and put in the hospital myself i know first hand it is possible.I have not one problem with the fbi dea doing there jobs we need them,but we also need them and there help.Money is the root of all evil and as i have told my congressmans office steny hoyor if i was his son i would have hadf to suffer very long,but do they care about ones like myself,not so far.

All you did was complain about everything. And you claim to be a man of the cloth? What religion? Hey inmate Brown, you know how addicts are. All they do is sit around and bitch and whine about how bad it is for them. How no one understands, How no ones problems are as bad as theirs, and when someone wants to try and help them, they can think of a million reason why it won't work. All along they are lying out of teeth just trying to get another fix. Lying to the doctors, lying to their friends and anyone they meet, Lying to their Families! They would knocked down and step on the people who really need help to get what they need for themselves. What gets me is if they really seek treatment those people there tell them, it's ok, that's normal, you can't help the way you are, lets find out who made you this way. As stated above usually aside from diagnostic tools such as MRI,CT scans and X-Rays it is common for a physcian to perform a routine physical exam like reflexes,gait, posture ect, depending on what and where the pain actually is...However a RECTAL Exam is not a routine diagnostic tool for any pain management facility..ANYWHERE..not only I ,a female but, every female I have spoken to in the waiting area has been subjected to this. I do not feel that it was for diagnostic purposes, I believe that it was to rule out the possibility that the New Patient was not an under cover police officer as they are NOT alowed to have envasive / sexual or drug use when they are performing an investigation. I asked the NP why ( and NO it was NOT Charles Brown Jr. !) and was told it was part of the physical exam..However it was demeaning to go through such an uncomfortable and un neccesary test. There was no occult thesis done ( which detects blood) it literally was a finger shoved into the rectum for no specific purpose.
Also, while I was under going this "routine exam" the Medical Assistant went out to my vehichle and asked my husband if he was a Cop...
I think maybe, this is a true violation it should be considered a sexual assualt. Imagine how many women go there, some for actual physical disabilities, other's well we all know that one, have had to have this one time first visit assault. The number's would be outrageous and should be added to Mr.not Dr. Boccone's charges!!
Also, check your insurance claims...I know they have been charging me for services not performed..for those of you paying CASH they have just bumped your fee up another hundred bucks..

Unbelievable!!! Joel Match not arrested with a crimnal record already of domestic abuse and MALPRRCTICE! Knew he was trouble! Can't even call him a man. As far as NP Brown he took very good care of me. Yes I did current MRI's and other scans as ordered after having 5 different surgeries. Agreed there are seekers but there are also patients taht have real pain!! There have also been good Doctors there like Dr. Malog. Dr, Match there to rid the trash so to speak. Sure he did he ended up hurting patients who do need help and I am sure he is in the comfort of his own homw while NP Charles Brown are having to pay the price Match is a scumbag and a disgrace to the true gender of men! How is even still a doctor after what he has done to his wife and female patients. Yes there is a drug problem in this country but my God what are the patients suppose to do who have legitimate issues? The DEA and FBI have scared every doctor out there. It is sad when animals get treated better than humans.

I guess you wouldnt be so keen with Mr. Brown if he accidentally killed you or one of your cousins or family members by perscription means or otherwise? There is an alleged death by him and the office.But PAs and Nurses are supposed to be assisting so Dr. Brown Should Not be doing all on his own, he wasnt a PA bt there was a PA there Joe Frasier with Charles Brown being a Nurse Practioner.
There were TWO (2) other Docs at the old Park Longe office with one being an addict and on probation and unable to fill for himself or family members, he was a great doctor but he was an addict (Dr. F) also Dr. Jones had issues with controlled substances himself as well (Dr. J) but not as extensive as (Dr. Fs) issues from 1990 to another incident in 98(approximat dates), hearing 2004 and his very sad exit was apparently HIGHLY intoxicated and still saw patients but had a ´sitter´with him who alledgedly said to a patient out of his earshot "This is so sad isnt it" and it was. He was loved by MANY and his main downfall is he was an addict, otherwise from what people say he was a great doctor.
At the Park Longe office a Dr. Carol Currier (Who 9 out of 10 patients havent heard of her name! much less ever been on site or reviewed cases, many cases) and another smart Dr. that saw the bad boon rising and got out of there.
I believe Dr. Match was trying to save the place in the last 6 months before its demise as a Dr and practicing surgeon (and yes he did have a malpractice case but 9 out of 10 Drs will have one, the only people who like to sue Drs more than Patients is Lawyers). People may have opinions on Dr. Matchs´ past but hes a surgeon with thousands of patients that have had good experiences with. I believe there is only one medical mal to Match´s history.
All in all theres some bad guys, not so bad guys, good guys and it´l all come out in the wash-Im looking forward to see if Dr. Match is implicated in anything, I suppose he´d get a summons but thats it. The ship was already sinking and since someone died Im sure the powers that be had to put the investigation into high gear so no one else lost their lives.

One good thing about the commonwealth of Va, the protect professionals and their business and dont allow any funny business in their courts. If your a professional doing the right thing then Va is the place to be but if you screwed up and you have charges, they´re going to stick.

Wow I stumbled on this thread while trying to find a decent pain management Doc in Chantilly and now hesitant to call any clinic without a recommendation. All I can say is wow... Bad docs & patients have ruined it for people who legitimately need prescriptions for real conditions. Where does a person go who has insurance, real medical conditions, and who needs to find a pain management Dr? If anyone has any recommendation besides Capital Spine could you PM me?

The digital rectal exam IS MEDICALLY INDICATED for back pain. It is used to check the MUSCLE TONE of your rectum. If your rectum's muscle tone is abnormal it could be a sign of a very deadly condition called Cauda Equina Syndrome. Anyone with disc problems and back pain that is "worsening" would absolutely need a rectal exam. I would get sued if I didn't do it

Paul Boccone is NOT an attorney, he couldn't pass the exam. They have only touched the surface of the devil in that man. I have worked with him in the past and he is a horrible person who puts people that work for him and trust him in the line of fire for his own illegal activities.

So, yes I also was apatient there, and I agree there were people there that were bad addicts.I also have true pain and was being managed there. In what I felt was a very good dose, nothing high, nor did I ever request more and more. After 3 years I was comfortable what I was taking. I was able to get around and stand the pain that I endure every day. I followed Dr, match to his other office where there agian he was stripped of all rights to pain MGMt.So you have someone like me out there searching for a doctor that will get you back on the regiment that your were on. Well good luck, they either want to stick ya, cut ya or say see ya. After all the shots you have to go back every month get shots I am sick of. So if anyone knows of a Dr, that truly helps control pain with out wanting to snip,stick or prick ya. Please email me thanks.

Finally PAUL Boccone is getting what he deserve. He is all for the MONEY Chantilly Specialists was his last short of Getting Rich. He was into the Mortgage business, Finance, Rental properties etc. All failed because he bullied the employees, does not pay them, threaten them with law suits if they leave. Those who stand up to him gets fired. He has threated the Late Dr. Fasano with Pure Evil and disrespect, did not pay him. I too was one of Matches victims.I have been a chronic pain sufferer for over twenty years and I am used to the way we are treated,but I have never been treated as badly as I was by Dr.Match what an asshole. He never even looked me in the eye,he didnt introduce himself and my guess is he goes home and kicks the dog then beats his wife.I told my old man how he treated me and on my next visit he went in the room with me.Match was different with a man in the room,thankfully my old man knows I would not make this shit up,this asshole is a pussy if Ive ever met one.I hope his monkey dies.

A Chantilly pain clinic owner was convicted in a federal court Thursday on drug trafficking and fraud charges. A nurse practitioner at the clinic was also convicted of distributing oxycodone.
Paul Boccone, 56, the owner and president at the Chantilly Specialists pain clinic, was convicted of conspiring to distribute and distribution of oxycodone, healthcare fraud and payroll tax evasion.
Charles Brown, Jr., 51, a nurse practitioner with the clinic, was convicted of conspiring to distribute and distribution of oxycodone.
The verdict was handed down in the courtroom of District Judge Claude M. Hilton.
Prosecutors said that Boccone treated patients and prescribed narcotics by either forging the signatures of medical practitioners, or encouraging medical practitioners to endorse prescriptions that he wrote.
Brown, the lead medical practitioner at the clinic, prescribed large amounts of narcotics to patients who didn't need it, prosecutors said.
Boccone, the clinic owner, faces a maximum sentence of 350 years in prison. Brown, the nurse practitioner, faces up to 160 years in prison.

This just kills me because i done whats right. Went to my PCP and we worked together a couple months and the pain was just to bad to deal with, referred me to a spine specialist at Reson Hospital and they stated that my old fussion was good but now another bluging disk and another degenerated with a spir pressing on a nerve that I needed to see a pain managment clinic and I went to one they suggested, they treated me fo 2 months and told me that I needed to find another type doctor whch again i trusted and took one they refered me to. This quack give me a shot in my spine and still 2 months later still hurts worse than it ever did, give me medication for gout, shingles and about 12 meds in all and not one was a pain managment drug that done anything but I trusted and done as instructed, 2nd day was a blur, never even got out of bed and dont remomber a thing, took over a week to kust get up and moving again. I contacted this doctor and she sends me a letter that she just cant seem to help me that I should consult another doctor. What kind of racket is the healthcare doctors around here running? I finaly went back to my PCP with all this paperwork, letters and documentation and he is maintaining but not managing my pain. I don't know where to go, seems the system is trying to keep us from working and payinf taxes and forcing us retire and start drawing disability, what option do we have? I can't get help and I was working every day "never missed" when I had pain managment but now I can't get it so I can't work like I did. Lose my home and everthing I have worked for for 50 years just because we can't get real medical help. People like this is the reson this happens. I too am still looking for a solution but not having any luck, shot of going to the streets which is what the system is forcing us to now or just stop working.

Bullied employees...bullied wife...you reap what you sow. You cannot treat people wrong and get away with it. Hope his billing person gets it too. She had the exact same personality as him. Feel very sad for his family but not him. Charles was a pawn most times.

I was a patient at Chantilly specialist for years.
my first encounter happend when my neurologist referred me to Chantilly Specialist. I called and spoke with Bobby, who told me about the price structure at the facility. I told her that I could not afford it. She said to call back, but I never did. until my neurologist told me to call again. The second time I spoke with Bobby she said she wondered what happened to me, why never called back. again I explain my circumstances financially, and she said she would have her husband Paul, the owner of the practice give me a call.
Paul called me on a Friday night at 8 p.m. and we talked for 2 HOURS! I told him about all my physical problems, broken bones, that occured throughout the years and how I was permanently disabled according to the U S government. my only income was $678 dollars per month, being on SSI. Paul told me to come and and they would work things out. if I could not go on Medicare, which I am not eligible, that they would take care of me, without charge. I could not believe this blessing that had been given to me! And soon became a patient at Chantilly Specialist!
The wait time normally took hours, but I can't complain because they were seeing me "Pro Bono". while sitting in the waiting area, for all those years I heard many stories of people traveling great distances, because Pain Care was not available in your area. In all the years I was patient at Chantilly specialist, approximately 3 years, I never had to pay 8 penny... not even for urinalysis test.
I thank God for Paul, Bobby and the entire staff at Chantilly specialists for the CARE that they give me over the years. and if I had a chance I would have testified at the trials! And I would have said how wonderful they were to me.
I pray for Paul, Charles and their families at this difficult time! and that this time will be as easy as possible on them, for their years of kindness and care of me!

Paul didn't get nearly the sentence he deserved for all the lives he's ruined over the years. 4 people dead with his latest scheme to get rich quick in the pain management business. Not to mention the countless strung out people he left out there in his wake of greed. I read reviews people wrote about him years ago who used his Berwyn Mortgage Business. They were begging for someone to help them recover their money he took yet never producing a mortgage for them. I still wonder how it is Bobbie, his wife now, who has been part of his varied businesses for about 12 or so years, was never mentioned as an accomplice to any of these crimes he was convicted and sentenced to 15 years for. I thought she kept the books and was office manager??!!! Seems there was some chatter about a fire or insurance case in WV some years back that was suspicious. Google has quite a bit if you look far enough back.. That is if he hasn't had these things espunged from record, he is proficient in law having passed the bar but not the ethics committee... Gee I wonder why he didn't pass the ethics committee review??
Studying law was just another tool in his arsenal of manipulation and domination of others.. 15 years not enough restitution since his manipulation of the law will probably have him out in way less.

I always see the good in people and sometimes get fooled. This time I was the fool. After reading all the evidence these people are just plain bad. Paul 180 months and charles 60 months Quack Match none?
Alot of people I know with severe chronic pain and severe chronic intractable pain have given up on getting help. I still have not been adiquitly treated for pain. Insurance will not aprove neurostimulator stating experimental. Just when you think health care cannot get worse it does.
For those that really do need pain care. DO NOT GIVE UP! There is out there very good caring people that will help.
I do not have any words of wisdom. I just know we seam to have problems in our communities that did not exist 2-3 decades ago.
My opinion is the punishment does not fit the crimes done by these people.
We need alot more love and less fear.
May everyone live long and do good.

I hate when people judge people that need pain management. What is the difference when your dying mother or sibling is given morphine up until they pass?? Doctors say they do it to keep your relative comfortable as they go, so why wouldn't you expect a relative that's living to be comfortable? ? The people that are calling others an addict or probably one them selves.oh and food for thought everyone over 48 -78 get huge doses for "pain management"sell them.people that abuse or sell their meds make it extremely hard for people that actually need it....you do not know the extent of someone elses pain, so let them decide for self, oh and the family and friends that they hide their meds from could b for their own safety...I was assaulted by an ex twice, two concussions, a fracture and seizures. Do you know what it's like for your head to throb sooo bad you're in bed for 2 days or not being able to drive.hope all that are in pain find relief soon. ;)

I worked as nurse at Columbia Hospital for Women.I worked with Match. He was one of the worst doctors there. He didn't give a crap about his patients. He had a patient that was hemorrhaging. When I told him her symptoms while he was standing outside of her room he said he had some where to go. He turned around and left. He'said a PIG.

This is Sissy again. It has all been documented for the best of his patients. He never gave me any prescriptions for narcotics. I was innocent in the situation. I believe the law is going to handle this. I have to be careful to not reveal my identity. There were organized crime connections. I have with all fairness turned the situation in. There is civil court pending. I lived in fear for a long time. I think the court system will work it out fairly.

I hid my identity for my own protection. There was another woman named "Nicole" She had an arrest record and was being victimized. I reported everything using honesty and real names to govt. There are many details that can not be discussed on this site. My feelings are that they have been carefully dealt with. This did not have to do with the concept of vendetta. It was simply done for the protection of others.

No. Doctor Match has never prescribed even one narcotic to me. Not one ever. You may check this record with the Virginia Department of Health. I consider this issue to be closed. If I receive harassment. I will make certain to trace the IP address and take legal actions.

This will be my last post.There were no drugs. There was no affair. The clinic came as a complete surprize to me. It was devastating. It was the precursor to the opioid crises. It lead to such death and destruction. I could never have imagined so many lives ending in such sadness. It led to gang violence and heroin addiction. So many young people dying. Sometimes anger is a healthy emotion.

Well...It wasn't so much my boyfriend.....It was the new type of friends that he was hanging out with. They all had many aliases. "Roberta Singer" ring any bells? I hear that she loves to buy her new Italian outfits in Chicago. They didn't need just one alias they needed a lot of them. They couldn't pass ethics exams even though they had college degrees. Nothing was adding up. It was not just one thing. I turned everything in. I have always done charities...Unicef, Junior League, Border Babies, and Polaris. THX....

I care greatly. It is always very difficult to choose the right course of action. It causes great sadness when there is loss. As always...I simply turned in the correct information in order to let the courts decide. It would break my heart more than anything are the deaths of young people, drug addiction and trafficking/prostitution. I believe in humanity. It is not in my hands to judge. I simply wish everybody love and happiness in their lives. If put in an ethical decision I must choose the one that is best. You may not like me. But I wish you healing and peace.

The case was a private investigation. Legally, it would get anybody in a lot of trouble to discuss it. After that Pain Management ordeal....I was appropriately traumatized. My normal life did not include watching FBI swats. Your lovely family is well shall we say....a piece of work. JM should have warned me ahead of time. Their were times when JM and I were happy and normal. This last venture was quite the mess.
Anyway...I recently have become fascinated with geneology....Would you have been related to Ronnie Milsap...singer, and record producer? I find those things to be so interesting.

I didn't answer your question though.....Like any women there was a time when I would have liked to have ripped his head off. After the ordeal....he refused to apologize, was inappropriately arrogant. I was so afraid. He certainly wasn't protecting me. I had to come to terms with everything over the course of time. There is no question that it should have been handled better.

It did not feel excessive. I was getting strange phone calls...with area codes from Cleveland, NYC, Chicago...they sounded as if they were a man's deep breathing in a night club environment....frankly...I was extremely afraid. The information had to be in the hands of law enforcement....The situation did not leave me with a choice. I needed to calmly make reports. It was a difficult situation.

I had helped him financially. On our last time together he tried to tell me, not ask....That I was going to work for him as a prostitute. It can't get anymore clear than that. For me...I will have a lifetime of trust issues. I worry more about the vulnerable patients. Would you have placed your daughter in such a situation? Well I would hope not.

I was an immigrant's daughter...I was roughed up in high school enough to abandon my education. I took Cosmetology...It was at the very least safe.....I had a very high level client list...but was under paid....I showed up early and worked late....I was never handed a master's degree....I was frugal to a fault...I took care of old people...I nursed JM's Dad as he laid dying for a full year....even...I called Joel's answering machine with the "Clarissa Shelton"...thing...With your net worth...Why in the hell did you make that Crip's guy's life hell...and send your precious daughter out to Straight people college in Utah? When I spoke to your step daughter....What she said that "all that she wanted in her whole life was to stay alive long enough to be a great Mom. She said that she loved her daughter so much. I tried to help...I ran every search on the planet.. She had an arrest record that would take a long time to fix. It was so heartbreaking. She was only 23. I called Polaris. I put her on watch lists and tried everything...I kept thinking..."Where are her parents"????? So Tragic.

Ms B.....JM and my situation is between us. You do not know enough about it. I spoke with Destiny often. I was afraid to meet her because of the Crips situation. She needed a chance to get a good life. I was really trying to be helpful to her with out risking my life. I would call that love. That nickname was given to me by a girl friend. Her name was also Susan. She was very beautiful but a mess.....always getting in to trouble. Mrs. Boccone....Maybe, JM just made a bad choice in girlfriends based on his lifestyle. There were plenty of women to choose from. So why would you leave 3 years worth of threatening voicemails and all of those internet posts? What was your optimum end result from doing so much work to bring him to ruin. I will agree that if you are able to not walk away from a relationship then you were a wrong choice for him or any man.

My deepest condolences on your recent losses. You really say a lot of untrue things. You are entitled to your opinions. Even if I find them to be distasteful.
The first time that I found out about the clinic was when it closed. I was so deeply in grief. My dear friends had lost a son to heroin. My brother tried it when he was young and had to live with hep C for a lot of years. JM wouldn't give me any answers.....I really needed to hear answers. I couldn't fathom that I didn't know about his secret life.

Belfair did surgery on me. They should have given me Peridex. I ended up with a terrible infection. Illegal pill mills have made it so that if you have an operation you do not receive medication. If you have gum surgery you certainly need medication. I suffered for weeks after having a gingival flap.
Joel is doing fine. I feel sorry for women who have been trafficked. Doctors living in mansions who break laws...oh well. I wish him well though...I don't feel sorry for him.

What amazes me is that as a Mom....you have not once mentioned your daughter. Her suffering. She was being beaten just after having a baby. Why are you not helping organizations to fight this kind of gang abuse? One of my projects "Polaris" is helping to change the laws to where the girl who is being victimized can be employable. She can get tattoos erased, she can get training to rejoin society. You care nothing about the things that you should.....Joel Match should be a very distant after thought for you. I only responded to your lostness. You’re obviously carrying a lot of pain. A strong faith community can be family. You mentioned a brother a few times but that’s not enough to provide all of family love and support. We can help

I don't know about the clinic you're talking about here, but I've seen more than once that many tests are not done as well as required. This is especially important for tests such as https://easystd.com/hiv-rna-test-hiv-early-detection-blood-test Not all clinics these days, unfortunately, comply with all the necessary standards and because of this the diagnosis of a variety of dangerous diseases can suffer.
