There was a house fire on Colchester Rd., FFX this past Saturday around noon.

Where could I find out info like cause? Or any other details about this event?

If you know the area it's one of those three crappy houses on the left as you come from Braddock.

XOXOXOXO

This house is one of the few remaining old shacks on Colchester...some of which have "LOT FOR SALE" signs posted.

I bet these people are kicking themselves for not selling out during the boom.

Maybe a little insurance money will sweeten the deal??

I am friends with the older gentleman who lives 3 houses away from the house that was on fire. Apparently the home was NOT insured.

Sounds like the value was in the lot. If So, a good burn down with less to remove may make it easier to sell.

The thing is, the old lady is hoping her sons (one lives two homes down from hers) will help her rebuild it. Others are trying to convince her just to sell.
