If you were a real officer, you'd stand up and nab these low-lifes who are ignoring the rules of solicitation and touching other people's private property. Common sense should have prevailed here. However, with the 7th grade education that this poor black man probably has, he obviously stepped over the line. He's lucky he didn't get felted in the parking lot with his actions.
