Methadone Clinic in Burke????

Has anyone heard what is going in the space Blockbuster used to be in on Burke Center Pkwy (Where Wal-Mart is)?? I heard a Methadone clinic is going in??

Please don't share unless you know something?? This is serious!!

It is going to be a 7-11. Were you hoping for a methadone clinic, or concerned? My source is the district GM for Blockbuster, but there are probably permits and/or county documents that confirm this.

The hell with a methadone clinic, bring back the Burger King. And while you are at it bring back the taco place, I think Tippys ran it back in the 80s.

Whatever it becomes, I'm sure it will be super low class. Probably a wig store or something. Ever since they brought the Walmart, that formerly nice area has become the haven for the toothless. Dollar stores, cash advance store, a fake cell phone store. Too bad they voted down privatizing liquor stores or we could have a private liquor store or gun store there. It's like people bus in from West Virginia and pass 50 walmarts just to shop at that one.

+1 It does seem like West Virginians bus in to go to our Wal-Mart, but that can't be so. The horrible truth may be that these people actually live around here somewhere! Eep. I agree that something very fly-by-night will go in there soon b/c that's just the way the world is now.

WTF is a fake cell phone store? On the other hand, I have driven through really ghetto areas and Boost Mobile stores seem to thrive there.

pre-paid cell phones. Burners. It's what drug dealers use.
