According to the Fairfax County Courts, the Jessica with the stop sign and license violations has the same middle initial and the same birthday as the one arrested for extortion. I can reasonably conclude they are the same person.

I would assume the FCPD would want a local address for their records.

According the the Fairfax Courts, they both now use Alexandria as their address(es).

The owner of Fischer Hardware had to drive up to a distributor in Baltimore to re-stock his coveted supply of shovels. Nearly 200 shovels were out the door in just a few hours.

"I've looked around at other stores for shovels and nobody has them," said Springfield resident Janet Hutchinson.

But few face a bigger frustration than those who live on Venture Drive in the Alexandria (web | news) section of Fairfax County (web | news) .

"We can't get out of the neighborhood and equipment can't get into the neighborhood," said Alexandria resident Phil Peel.

When we showed up no one had plowed the street. It was nearly impassable. Residents told us the development was so new that it wasn't the responsibility of the county or the state to clear and they couldn't get an answer from the developer.

"You couldn't get your front wheel drive through this mess," said resident Branco Garcia. "You just couldn't."

After a lot of calls were made to the developer, the county and the state Monday night the developer came out and, we're told, did a great job plowing the street.

The Lovely Miss Jessica Testin (FFU Sweetheart of the Year Nominee) appears to have not paid a fine for speeding a few months ago. It appears her license was suspended and she was caught driving without a license on august 6, 2010.

the speeding fine still appears to be unpaid. Jessica, if you read this, several of us would like to chip in pay your $142.00 fine. I am sure we can work something out.
