I have seen tons of people picking up on 236 with no problems especially at 7-11, and the illegals there are constantly blocking traffic.

Why cannot the FFX PD pick up the illegals and send them to the Feds? Then there would not be this traffic issue.

Good, you deserve it for encouraging them.

I have a neighbor who got that same ticket. He was trying to get some temporary yard work done by himself and needed just a little help, not a landscape company that would probably use the same kind of guys and charge him triple.

He photographed where he stopped (he thought it was a service road, not a state right of way) and went to Court and was looking forward to a chat with the Judge. No such luck - he was whisked through Court like he was on an assembly line. The Judge had no interest in his photos or his case, just ordered him to pay the fine.

So, yes this is real. And they guys he tried to pick up, just walked away and blended back into the crowd, the cops are not interested in them at all, even though they were standing in the same road way. These illegals won't show up in court and/or pay a fine, so the FCPD goes where the money is.

I have notices a lot less 7-11 zobies at the 7-11 in annandale. I did see a cop parked at the service road yesturday, hopefully they are pulling over anyone who picks them up. It is a great idea.

I hate the fact that when I go into a 7-11 in the morning to get my coffee before work every brownie in the world is buying hot dogs, toqitos, nachos and chicken strips. Who in the hell eats that crap for b-fast. Oh, I know a mexican. I guess I will be paying for their by-pass at inova in next 5 years via my income tax.
