The state directive comes from the Governors office. The school board cannot override. Masks are OPTIONAL and your personal choice, period.

If any teacher, administrator or other staff member attempts to remove a student or force them to wear a mask against their will, that person issuing the order will be violating the Governors order and the civil rights of the student. That teacher, staff member or administrator is civilly liable for this violation, along with the Fairfax County Public School system.

Lawyers will be eager to pursue legal actions.

And the Governor has ordered that exceptions must be granted for students that choose to not wear one. And so it will be. Kids are still allowed to wear masks, so why do you think the school thinks they don't work?

In all honesty, teachers in FCPS have given up being the mask police, you can only ask kids so many times a day to wear a mask, or pull it up before teachers finally give up.

Kids aren't following the FCPS mask rules as it is. Youngkin just decreed what is already the reality, they wear if they want, they don't if they want.

Brabrand and the school board's never ending nazi decrees are just delusional thinking to make themselves feel better.

We should understand one thing masks are for our safety. We should take care of our health first and student must because they are the future of our next generation. Yesterday I was reading this article https://www.kickassfacts.com/how-often-do-students-face-violence-at-university-facts-you-didnt-know/ and got to know about the student situation in some colleges and I felt that it should be resolved and violence should be strictly prohibited.

FCPS is full of fucking assholes that can barely wipe their asses properly. They should not be teaching small kids.

Any kid still wearing a mask is probably up to some shit.
