A few years back I worked at Best Buy, and I remember hearing stories from my coworkers about how Lavar would come in and buy a shitload of CDs and DVDs to give to underprivileged kids. Regardless of how much of an ass he may have been regarding his contract with the Redskins, I still have a lot of respect for him based on what my coworkers told me.

What does that have to do with him being an asshole? For the record, what proof do you have that he supposedly gave these CDs to kids? when people buy things for charities, they generally need to fill out tax-exemption paperwork on-site. Maybe Lavar has a license for tax-exempt purchases and had to fill these forms out, thus the employees know all about it.

Apparently Arrington's agent is saying now that he broke his arm but not his leg. As for Arrington's time with the Redskins, the guy got pissed and left the team because 1) they sat him even though the team couldn't muster a pass rush 2) each year he was working for a new coordinator and none of them wanted him to play in the position he was actually good at 3) he had a verbal agreement for one amount and then Danny boy slips him a contract with a lesser amount. Arrington's agent was a dumbass for not catching it, but Danny boy was just plain slimey for doing it in the first place.

I've had some decent meals at Slades over the years, they used to make their own salad dressings which were great, but yeah, if I had Lavar's cash I wouldn't set foot near the place.
