New store at Fair Lakes shopping center

What is the new store opening at Fair Lakes, around where Linens N Things used to be? I saw it today, and just can't remember the name. HH something? It's a store I've never heard of. (Whatever it is, they're hiring, in case anyone is interested)

The store is hhgregg, a home electronics store. They're opening one at Bailey's X Roads, where Circuit City used to be. Never heard of it before driving by the new one and looking up the name, but it's an old chain.

Its like a cheaper best buy. Wont last long. Market already flooded.

Is hhgreg big in the DC area? I can honestly not remember seeing any commercials about them here.

I find it somewhat amusing that it's going in the same spot where the CompUSA was and just down the road from Circuit City.

HH Greg stores are popping up everywhere like walmarts. I keep getting invites to bid on these things. They are opening up wherever there were circuit city stores.

I have been to their stores and they are pretty similar to Best Buy with the same selection and prices. Frankly, I don't understand the business model for big box electronics retailers and really cannot see both Best Buy and HH Gregg surviving.

That area did support a Best Buy, Circuit City with a Tower Records and a CompUSA nearby. I feel like since Circuit City disappeared Best Buy's specials have not been nearly as good, I hope the presence of hhgregg can change that.

I love shopping at HHGregg. My favorite store of all-time, next to 7-Eleven.
