What is the new building in Centreville?

On Rt. 29, couple floors, adjacent to IHOP, across the street from the pager shack.

Its the future restruant, Serving "High End" Spanish/mexican food......
What that means i don't know....
But its supposed to be to scale say, Top floor TOp dollar food, middle level descent eatery, Bottom level a cafe or something.
But its said it was built that way/ and on that corner because of the Scenic Views of the mountains....about 50 miles away! but thats what the guy who sold the lot said. as far as what it will really be ...seein that its already months behind schedule not to mention funding...what it will turn out to be.

It's going to be a training facility, a joint venture betweeen IHOP and area police departments.

They want to get it right the next time....

I know its going to be a restaurant, but it took a shitload of money to build to to the place's excellent location (center of Cville and good view, and seen from all roads) and to build the foundation took a lot of blasting, and moving, smashing, and crushing rocks.
