Looks Like there's been over 10,000 incidents in Fairfax City requiring a police response.


2020-10213

Vandalism

9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard- On July 19, 2020, at approximately 6:31 PM, officers responded for a report of a vandalism. The victim advised that unknown person(s) scratched the paint on their vehicle. The Patrol Division is investigating.

2020-10226

Traffic Stop/Arrest

North Street / University Drive- On July 20, 2020, at approximately 1:27 AM, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a blue, 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Stacey Marcia Mendez, 30, of Gainesville, VA, for driving while DUI revoked and providing false information to law enforcement. Ms. Mendez was also cited for reckless driving and failure to obey a traffic signal. Ms. Mendez was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

10090 Fairfax Boulevard / CVS- On July 21, 2020, at approximately at 4:53 PM, an employee reported a larceny of merchandise. It was reported that a black male and female had left the store with bags of merchandise without paying for them. The suspects then fled the area in a red Jeep with a black hood but the employee was unable to obtain the license plate number. The Patrol Division is investigating.

Trespassing

11001 Lee Highway / Planet Fitness- On July 16, 2020, at approximately 7:15 AM, officers were called to the above business over a membership dispute. The subject involved was ultimately trespassed from the business. Later in the day the subject returned to the business even though he knew he was not allowed back on the property. Collins Obinna Offoha, 30, of Randallstown, MD was issued a summons for trespassing and has a pending court date in Fairfax City General District Court.

Larceny

10320 Main Street / Walgreens- On July 16, 2020, at 1:22 PM, officers responded to the area for a report of a larceny of merchandise. Officers located the suspect in another business and found him to be in possession of multiple stolen items from three separate local businesses. Two of the three businesses declined to prosecute. Demarcus Jamaal McCullor, 27, of Washington D.C. was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Due to McCullor’s prior larceny convictions, the magistrate’s office found probable cause to issue a felony larceny charge. Mr. McCullor was held on no bond.

10900 block of Marlita Court- On July 20, 2020, at approximately 6:50 PM, a citizen reported an identity theft. The victim advised that their personal information was used to open an account at a banking institution. There was no financial loss to the victim. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10521 Fairfax Boulevard / CVS- On July 16, 2020, at approximately 9:28 AM, an officer observed a vandalism on a brick wall behind the business. The officer reported three separate areas where spray paint had been used on the brick wall. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard- On July 16, 2020, at approximately 8:02 PM, a vandalism was reported. The caller advised unknown person(s) broke the glass to the fire extinguisher cabinet.

Larceny

3965 Jermantown Road / 7-Eleven- On July 19, 2020, at approximately 6:46 AM, officers were dispatched to the business for a larceny that just occurred. An employee of the business reported that white female stole a container of wine and left the business without payment. Officers located the suspect nearby as well as the stolen product. Linda Sevilla, 3160 Campbell Drive Fairfax, VA, was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with petit larceny and drunk in public. She was held on no bond due to her behavior while inside the jail.

3500 block of Perry Street- On July 8, 2020, at approximately 6:54 AM, officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Perry Street for a stolen auto. The reporting person stated he had parked his 2012 Nissan Altima in his driveway the evening before and at approximately 6:30 AM, he noticed his vehicle was no longer in the driveway. The reporting person advised he left his vehicle unlocked and with the keys still in the vehicle. There was also another vehicle in the driveway left unlocked and that vehicle was rummaged through but nothing was taken. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

4100 block of Roberts Road- On July 8, 2020, at approximately 7:50 AM, a victim called police to report a fraud. The reporting person stated that he mailed a check and then discovered that an unknown person had uttered the check. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10700 block of Orchard Street- On July 8, 2020, at approximately 6:01 PM, the reporting person advised an unknown subject contacted her and convinced her to provide her credit card number. She advised two unauthorized transactions on the credit card account. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10008 Main Street / 7-Eleven- On July 9, 2020, at approximately 1:16 PM, an officer on patrol observed graffiti on the side of the business. A business representative advised the graffiti had been on the building for approximately one month.

10160 Fairfax Boulevard / Crazy Crab- On July 9, 2020, at approximately 1:29 PM, an out of state victim advised that two unauthorized transactions had been made on her bank card. The reporting person advised the purchases had been made at the above business through a food delivery service.

10010 Main Street / Modern Nails and Lashes- On July 9, 2020, at approximately 1:10 PM, an officer located graffiti on the side of the business. A business representative advised the graffiti had been on the side of the building for about a week.

3400 block of Brookwood Drive and various locations in Fairfax City- On July 10, 2020, at approximately 8:05 AM, officers took multiple reports in various neighborhoods throughout Fairfax City for their vehicles being rummaged through. In each case, the vehicle was left unlocked. In one case, a 2018 Acura MDX was stolen where the vehicle was unlocked and the keys were left inside the vehicle. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating these cases.

4100 block of Addison Road- On July 10, 2020, at approximately 1:00 PM, a homeowner reported that patio chairs were stolen from the front of her residence. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10675 Fairfax Boulevard / Paul VI High School- On July 11, 2020, at approximately 10:43 PM, officers responded to the old school for a report of unknown subject(s) inside the school. Officers located a subject and after a brief foot pursuit, was placed in custody. Jackson Edward Craiker, 19, of 5276 Lonsdale Drive, Springfield, VA was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing.

10350 Willard Way / Safeway- On July 12, 2020, at approximately 5:35 PM, a caller reported a larceny of a wallet. The caller advised she left her wallet in a shopping cart and when she returned for the wallet, it was unable to be located.

10000 block of Daniels Run Way- On July 12, 2020, at approximately 5:32 PM, a caller reported an identity theft attempt. The caller advised there was an unauthorized attempt to open a bank account at a financial institution. The attempt was denied by the financial institution.

Larceny

10300 block of Confederate Lane and other addresses in the neighborhood- On July 13, 2020, it was reported that four vehicles in the area had been rummaged through. In each case, the vehicle was left unlocked. Items were taken from the vehicles but the vehicles were not damaged. In one case, a 2006 Infiniti sedan was stolen that was allegedly locked and keys were secured. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating these cases.

3940 University Drive / Parking Garage- On July 14, 2020, at approximately 8:35 AM, it was reported by an employee that graffiti was found along the walls of the parking garage. Security footage captured the suspects spray painting the walls and the Patrol Division is investigating.

11175 Lee Highway / Shell- On July 15, 2020, at approximately 1:24 PM, it was reported that a subject dropped his wallet in the parking lot. Surveillance footage shows an unknown male retrieve the wallet and the leaving the area. The reporting person did not wish to pursue charges.

10390 Willard Way / CVS- On July 15, 2020, at approximately 4:00 PM, for a larceny. The reporting person stated that two Hispanic males entered the store and took merchandise without payment. Surveillance video was obtained and the Patrol Division is investigating.

10300 block of Layton Hall Drive- On July 16, 2020, at approximately 1:23 AM, officers were called to the area of 10480 Fairfax Boulevard for a robbery. The victim advised near Layton Hall Apartments, five Hispanic males physically assaulted him and took his belongings. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

10350 Willard Way / Safeway, 10390 Willard Way / CVS- On June 2, 2020, at approximately 4:00 PM, officers responded to the area for shoplifters. An employee for Safeway advised one black female and one black male left the store with merchandise that was not paid for. The employee further advised the same suspects then entered CVS and again took merchandise that they did not pay for. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10800 block of Cedar Avenue- On June 6, 2020 at approximately 11:28 AM, a citizen reported a larceny. It was reported that the front license plate of the victim’s vehicle was stolen during the overnight hours. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10090 Fairfax Boulevard / CVS Pharmacy- On June 30, 2020, at approximately 12:15 PM, an employee reported a larceny. It was reported that two suspects entered the business and concealed approximately $300 worth of merchandise in reusable bags. The suspects then left the store without paying for the items. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10100 block of Mosby Woods Drive- On June 30, 2020, at approximately 6:05 PM, the victim reported a vandalism of a residence window. Investigation revealed that persons unknown broke a double pane window using a container of car wash fluid. The Patrol Division is investigating.

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot- On July 1, 2020, at approximately 4:04 PM, an employee reported a known subject stole merchandise from the business. The suspect left the store with power tools in his hands and also concealed in a bag. The Patrol Division is investigating and charges are pending.

9508 Main Street / Sarku Japan- On July 2, 2020, at approximately 9:08 AM, a business employee called to report a burglary. Sometime during the overnight hours, persons unknown broke into the business, stealing a safe. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

9412 Main Street / Pho Duong- On July 2, 2020, at approximately 9:25 AM, the business owner reported the front door to their business was broken. The surveillance footage shows two unknown black males wearing ski masks and black hooded sweatshirts make entry to the business and stole money from the cash register. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

9548 Main Street / Flippin’ Pizza- On July 2, 2020, at approximately 9:08 AM, while officers were on scene of a burglary, they observed another business that appeared to have damage to the front door. Through investigation, a store safe was tampered with but was not taken. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot- On July 2, 2020, at approximately 10:36 AM, officers were dispatched to the business for a shoplifter in custody. Through investigation, the suspect put merchandise into their cart and exited past all points of sale. Dennis Anthony Devonish Jr, 43, of Washington D.C. was arrested and charged with felony petit larceny due to prior convictions for larceny. Mr. Devonish was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was held on a $1000 bond.

4100 block of Addison Road- On July 3, 2020, at approximately 7:00 AM, an owner reported that two of their vehicles were stolen during the overnight hours. The vehicles are described as a blue 2012 Toyota RAV4 and a gray 2011 Honda CRV. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

10200 block of Forest Road- On July 3, 2020, at approximately 8:00 AM, a resident reported a larceny from a vehicle. The resident advised during the overnight hours, his unlocked vehicle had been tampered with. The resident advised some money was taken but there were no other signs of damage. 10344 Main Street / Starbucks Parking Lot- On July 3, 2020, at 3:17 PM, a vehicle owner reported that one of her tires was slashed by persons unknown. The Patrol Division is investigating.

3600 block of Chain Bridge Road- On July 3, 2020, at 8:18 PM, a victim reported multiple frauds. The victim advised he received a call stating he would need to pay money to have his grandson get out of jail. After sending multiple payments, the victim realized that this was a scam. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

11003 Lee Highway / CVS Pharmacy- On July 4, 2020, at 12:47 PM, an employee reported two black female suspects took merchandise without paying for it. The Patrol Division is investigating.

Robbery

9617 Fairfax Boulevard / 7-Eleven- On July 4, 2020, at 6:18 PM, officers responded to a report of a stabbing. Through investigation, the suspect demanded money from the victim while holding a pair of needle-nose pliers. The victim confronted the suspect who then struck the victim with the pliers in the ear. Mohamed Ali Roble, 26, of 6815 Lamp Post Lane Alexandria, was arrested transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with robbery. Mr. Roble was held without bond.

10600 block of Kitty Pozer Drive- On July 5, 2020, at approximately 8:37 PM, a victim reported an assault. The victim advised that an Uber Eats delivery driver would not deliver food to her door and discarded the food. The victim tried to prevent the driver from leaving at which point, the driver grabbed the victim by the shirt to get her out of the way. The victim did not have any sign of injuries. The Patrol Division is investigating.

11001 Lee Highway / Planet Fitness – On June 29, 2020 at 7:43 P.M., the business reported a larceny from the front desk area. Several items of personal protective equipment were taken while the business was closed. No suspect information is available at this time. The Patrol Division is investigating.

11001 Lee Highway / Planet Fitness – On June 30, 2020 at 7:07 P.M., a citizen reported that his wallet was stolen from a gym locker inside the men’s locker room. Investigation revealed that the victim’s credit cards were used at numerous locations. At the time of the theft, the gym locker was unlocked. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10700 block of Maple Street – On June 29, 2020, a citizen reported that her vehicle was entered during the nighttime hours and her wallet was taken. The citizen reported that her vehicle was unlocked at the time of theft. No suspect information is available at this time.

10200 block of Forest Avenue – On June 29, 2020 at 10:58 A.M., a citizen reported that his vehicle was stolen from the driveway of his residence. At the time of theft, the vehicle was unlocked with keys left inside the vehicle. The vehicle was later located and recovered in Washington, D.C. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

10200 block of Forest Avenue – On June 29, 2020 at 1:25 P.M., a citizen reported that two of his vehicles had been rummaged through during the nighttime hours. Both vehicles were unlocked at the time of the incident. No property was reported stolen. The suspect is unknown at this time.

9484 Main Street / Total Wine – On June 23, 2020 at 7:42 P.M., a citizen reported that a golf bag and personal property items were stolen from trunk of his vehicle while he was shopping inside the store. At the time of the theft, the vehicle was believed to be unlocked. No suspect information is available at this time.

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot – On June 07, 2020 at 3:09 P.M., officers were dispatched to the business for a larceny in progress. Investigation on scene revealed that a subject concealed several power tool items in an empty box and exited the store without making payment. Troy C. Wood, 52, of Wye Mills, Maryland was placed under arrest for grand larceny and was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

4100 block of Addison Road – On June 26, 2020 7:43 A.M., a citizen report that four vehicles parked in front of her home had been entered during the nighttime hours. Loose change was reported missing from inside one vehicle. An officer made contact with three additional neighbors who reported that their vehicles had also been entered during the nighttime hours. All vehicles were unlocked at the time of the incident. No suspect information is available at this time.

3900 block of Ballynahown Place – On June 26, 2020 at 1:02 P.M., a citizen reported that she received a suspicious phone call. A caller claimed that a family member was in jail and needed a large sum of money to be bailed out. The citizen did not give the caller any money. No suspect information is available at this time.

10300 block of Layton Hall Drive – On June 28, 2020 at 8:00 A.M., a citizen reported that two vehicles were vandalized while parked on the parking lot. One vehicle’s tires were slashed and the other vehicle had a large scratch into the paint. Both vehicles belonged to the same owner. No suspect information is available at this time. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard – On June 28, 2020 at 8:39 P.M., a citizen reported that his vehicle was taken by a known acquaintance without his permission. The vehicle’s whereabouts are unknown at this time. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10700 block of Maple Street – On June 24, 2020 at 10:59 A.M., a citizen reported receiving suspicious text messages from an unknown phone number. The messages were an attempt to received money by fraud. No money was exchanged and the victim blocked the phone number. No suspect information is available at this time.

Warrant Service

3910 University Drive / 7-Eleven- On November 20, 2020, at approximately 4:05 AM, officers responded to the business for a trespassing violation. Officers on scene determined a subject who would not leave the store was wanted out of Maryland on two fail to appear bench warrants. Lezley Atkins Perez, 45, of Gordonsville, VA was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where her warrants were served and she was held on no bond.

10308 Willard Way / ABC Store- On November 23, 2020, at approximately 2:18 AM, officers were dispatched to the business for an alarm and found glass breakage. Through investigation, a tall, white male, wearing a yellow and blue hoodie with black shorts shattered the glass front door of the business. The subject stole five bottles of alcohol and fled the area. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

10600 block of Cedar Avenue- On November 23, 2020, at approximately 1:26 PM, an officer took a telephone report of identity theft. The victim advised persons unknown was attempting to use their personal identifying information in order to open a credit card account. There was no financial loss the victim.

9464 Main Street / Trader Joe’s- On November 23, 2020, at approximately 12:53 PM, an officer responded to the parking lot for a larceny report. The victim advised that while they were in the store, persons unknown had stolen both license plates from their vehicle. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10300 block of Layton Hall Drive- On November 24, 2020, at approximately 11:05 PM, an officer was on foot patrol in the area and observed vandalism. The officer located graffiti in a shared residential laundry room. Arrangements are being made to have the graffiti removed.

3900 block of Estel Road- On November 25, 2020, at approximately 8:04 AM, an officer responded to the area for a vandalism report. The reporting person stated that while reviewing the residence surveillance camera, a white male wearing a long sleeve t-shirt and dark shorts deliberately punctured her inflatable Christmas lawn ornament. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9700 block of Fairfax Boulevard- On November 26, 2020, at approximately 10:06 AM, officers responded to the area for an open door. While clearing the structure, officers located a male subject who was not supposed to be there. Nikolay Bakhtin Bakhtin, 45, no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Bakhtin was charged with unlawful entry and drunk in public and was held on no bond.

10300 block of Layton Hall Drive- On November 26, 2020, at approximately 10:30 PM, an officer on foot patrol noticed a carving on a wall in a residential vestibule. Arrangements are being made to have the damage repaired.

10030 Fairfax Boulevard / Freddy’s Frozen Custard- On November 27, 2020, at approximately 5:37 PM, officers responded to the business for a subject who was previously trespassed from the business. Robert Lee Brickhill, 48, of Crewe, VA was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Brickhill was charged with Trespassing and Drunk in public.

9600 Main Street / Carter’s- On November 28, 2020, at approximately 6:43 PM, officers responded to the business for a larceny. The reporting person stated that two subjects took multiple clothing items from the store and left without paying for the merchandise. The suspects were both black females who were wearing black leather jackets. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10991 Main Street / 7-Eleven- On November 28, 2020, at approximately 5:07 AM, officers were dispatched to the business for a robbery. The reporting person stated that a subject entered the business, displaying a knife and demanded money and other merchandise that was behind the counter. The suspect got those items and fled the scene. The suspect is described as a white male, who was wearing a black hat, white facemask, black jacket and white Air Force One shoes. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

11151 Lee Highway / Haverty Furniture- On November 28, 2020, at approximately 4:48 PM, an officer responded to the parking lot of the business for a larceny report. The reporting person advised while they were inside the business, persons unknown, broke a window on their vehicle and stole a computer and personal documents. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9600 Main Street / Ulta- On November 28, 2020, at approximately 5:28 PM, officers responded to the business for a larceny. The reporting person advised that four black females entered the business and each filled up a shopping basket with cosmetics. The females then left the store without paying for the cosmetics. On their way out, one of the subjects pushed an employee. The four subjects then fled in an older model, silver Honda Accord. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

The reporting person stated that the passenger window of their vehicle was smashed out and that several pair of shoes and coats were taken from the vehicle. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10201 Fairfax Boulevard / Pathway Homes- On November 19, 2020, at approximately 8:08 AM, an officer responded to the business for a larceny report. The reporting person advised during the overnight hours, persons unknown removed a catalytic converter from a company truck. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9600 Main Street / Ulta- On November 19, 2020, at approximately 6:57 PM, officers responded to a shoplifting in progress at the business. An employee stated one subject took thirteen bottles of perfume and left the business without payment. Another subject also entered the business and confronted a customer who was filming the larceny on their cellular phone. The subject took the phone from the customer to see if the video was deleted and then returned the phone back to the customer. There were no injuries during this incident. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

10140 Fairfax Boulevard / 7 Eleven- On November 19, 2020, at 7:44 PM, officers responded to the business for a larceny in progress. An employee advised a subject entered the business, took a case of alcohol, and left the business without payment. An employee followed the subject until police arrived and detained the subject. Through investigation, Nathanael Christian Coughlan, 19, of Fairfax was issued a summons for petit larceny and underage possession of alcohol. Mr. Coughlan was also given a trespass notice for the business.

9679 Fairfax Boulevard / T-Mobile- On November 20, 2020, at approximately 12:55 AM, officers responded to the business for a report of a burglary. The owner reported persons unknown broke the front window of the business with a rock and made entry into the store. The owner reported that the suspect did not take anything and fled on foot. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard- On November 20, 2020, at approximately 4:48 PM, an officer responded to the area for a larceny report. The reporting person stated that personal items were taken from their unlocked storage closet that is only accessible by residents of the complex. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10330 Main Street / Paisano’s Pizza- On November 21, 2020, at approximately 10:30 PM, officers responded to the area for a suspicious subject outside the business. Officers determined that David Wayne Kelley, 47, no fixed address, was previously trespassed from the area on August 23, 2020. Mr. Kelley was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and held on a $1000 secured bond.

9605 Fairfax Boulevard / Shell- On November 18, 2020, at approximately 10:11 PM, officers responded to the business for a report of a person attempting to forcibly enter the closed business. Through investigation, police located a subject who used tools to attempt to gain entry into the business. The subject’s entry efforts proved unsuccessful but did damage the front glass door of the business. Nikolay Bakhtin Bakhtin, 45, no fixed address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Bakhtin was charged with attempted burglary, destruction of property, false identification to law enforcement, and drunk in public. He was held on no bond.

The reporting person stated that a male subject grabbed another person and threw them to the ground. The victim was restrained on the ground by the suspect for a period of time. The victim complained of minor hand pain. Through investigation, Benyamen Anthony Marshall, 42, no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Mr. Marshall was charged with abduction, assault and battery, and held on no bond.

After sending the money and talking with the grandson a few days later, the reporting person determined they had been a victim of a scam.

The victim reported that persons unknown had contacted the victim asking for money via the internet. The victim sent an undisclosed amount of money and then suspected that they had been scammed. City of Fairfax Police arrested Tory Anthony White, 39, of Layton Hall Drive, in connection with a malicious wounding case which occurred during the early evening hours of November 3, 2020. The incident occurred at 10340 Layton Hall Drive and investigation revealed that White assaulted two family members with a knife during a domestic argument. The two victims were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.



White fled the scene prior to police arrival but officers quickly located him in a nearby area. White was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with two counts of Malicious Wounding (18.2-51) and held on no bond.

The reporting person stated that a male subject “snapped” and threw them to the ground. The reporting person was restrained on the ground by the suspect for a period of time. The reporting person advised during the overnight hours, a person can be seen on surveillance footage to be rummaging through an unlocked, white, 2018 Toyota Rav4. The vehicle had the keys left in it as well. The suspect can then be seen driving the vehicle off the property. Through investigation, a suspect was positively identified. This case remains open to patrol pending warrant service.

Ms. Martinez was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with four counts of assault and battery, drunk in public, and two counts of failing to comply with supervised release program.

3965 Jermantown Road / 7-Eleven- On July 19, 2020, at approximately 6:46 AM, officers were dispatched to the business for a larceny that just occurred. An employee of the business reported that white female stole a container of wine and left the business without payment. Officers located the suspect nearby as well as the stolen product. Linda Sevilla, 3160 Campbell Drive Fairfax, VA, was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with petit larceny and drunk in public. She was held on no bond due to her behavior while inside the jail.

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot- On January 16, 2021, at approximately 2:03 PM, officers responded to the business for a delayed larceny report. The reporting person stated a subject put three Milwaukee drills in a cart and walked past the point of sale without payment. The subject then left the area. Approximately two hours later, Fairfax County Police detained a subject at another Home Depot store. Through investigation, the subject detained by Fairfax County was the same subject that stole the products from the Fairfax City location. An officer responded to the magistrate’s office and a petit larceny warrant was issued. This case is pending warrant service.

11165 Fairfax Boulevard / Ted Britt Ford- On January 16, 2021, at approximately 11:18 PM, officers were in the area on patrol and observed a subject entered the business vehicle storage lot even though the business was closed. After a considerable amount of time without the subject coming out, officers conducted a business check of the area. The officers eventually located the subject inside an unlocked van. Kevin D. Legg, 37, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Mr. Legg was charged with trespassing, possession of marijuana, and drunk in public. Mr. Legg was held on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

The reporting person stated they put their bicycle on a rack near the business and left it unlocked. When the reporting person returned, the bicycle was gone. The bicycle is described as a black Schwinn Knowles 21 speed mountain bike with green and yellow accent markings. The Patrol Division is investigating.

9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard- On January 18, 2021, at approximately 6:03 AM, officers responded to the area for a larceny from a vehicle. The reporting person stated they left their wallet in an unlocked vehicle and a subject entered the vehicle and stole 4 credit cards, a driver’s license and a social security card. The subject subsequently used three of the credit cards at businesses in the area. Through investigation, officers were able to identify the subject and responded to the magistrate’s office. Officers obtained warrants for entering a vehicle without consent, credit card theft, and credit card fraud. The Patrol Division is investigating further and are attempting to serve the warrants.

9610 Fairfax Boulevard / Farrish Jeep- On December 31, 2020, at approximately 2:22 PM, an officer responded to the business for an identity theft report. A manager stated that a subject wished to purchase a vehicle and submitted all the appropriate identification and paperwork in order to do so. After verification by the dealership, the subject left with the vehicle. It was determined later that the subject used another person’s identity and personal information to complete the transaction and purchase the vehicle. Through collaboration with the Fairfax County Police Department, it was determined this subject has done similar identity thefts in the past in Fairfax County. The subject was positively identified and arrest warrants were obtained through the magistrate’s office. The Patrol Division is investigating and attempting to serve the warrants.

The reporting person stated they left their cell phone in their jacket and when they returned to the jacket, the cell phone was gone. The reporting person did not wish to prosecute the case.

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot- On December 27, 2020, at approximately 1:19 PM, officers responded to the business for a trespassing. An employee advised that two subjects, who have stolen items in the past and were previously trespassed, were on the property. Officers made contact with both subjects who had in their possession, stolen bundles of wire from the store. Officers determined one subject had two outstanding warrants on file. Alonzo Bernardo Perez, 24, of Manassas, VA was arrested and transported to the adult detention center where he was served outstanding warrants for trespassing and petit larceny. Alonzo Perez was also charged for the wire bundle petit larceny. Tomas Dario Perez, 23, of Manassas, VA was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for petit larceny and did not have any outstanding warrants.

10200 block of Stratford Avenue- On January 28, 2021, at approximately 1034 AM, an officer responded to the area for multiple reports of vehicle tampering and one report of a larceny. All reporting parties reported during the overnight hours, their unlocked vehicles had been rummaged through. In the majority of cases, the vehicles were not damaged and nothing was taken. In one case, the reporting person had a pair of sunglasses stolen from the unlocked vehicle. The reporting person did not wish to prosecute.

10008 Main Street / 7-Eleven – On February 11, 2021 at approximately 11:05 AM, a store employee reported a larceny and trespassing. Officers responded on February 6, 2021 for a subject refusing the leave the store. The subject was instructed not to come back to the business and released. On today’s date, subject returned to the store and took merchandise without payment. Officers were able to locate the subject nearby. Emmanuel Walubengo, 38, of Lorton, Virginia was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and larceny. Walubengo was held on a $2000 secured bond.

11001 Lee Highway / Planet Fitness- On February 8, 2021, at approximately 7:20 PM, employees reported a female who had previously been trespassed from the business earlier in the evening had returned. Officers located Vicky Louise Paige, 50, of No Fixed Address, and arrested her. During the arrest, Ms. Paige become uncooperative and began to resist. She was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with trespassing and obstruction of justice. She was held on no bond.

Solbayar Springirth, 27, of Manassas, Va, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with unlawful entry. Springirth was issued a $1000 unsecured bond.

The reporting person sent the seller the codes to the gift cards and later discovered the transaction to be a scam. The Patrol Division is investigating.

C. and arrangements were made for the owner to have their vehicle returned.

Fairfax Boulevard / Plantation Parkway- On February 25, 2021, at approximately 6:13 PM, officers responded to the area for a report of multiple subjects acting disorderly. An officer located one subject and through investigation, was determined to be wanted out of Fairfax County for two warrants of domestic assault. Rudi Miguel Lovos Castillo, 35, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Mr. Lovos Castillo was served two outstanding warrants and also charged with drunk in public. He was held on a $1000 unsecured bond.

10008 Main Street / 7-Eleven- On February 26, 2021, at approximately 2:11 PM, officers responded to the business for a trespassing compliant. An employee stated that a subject, who was previously trespassed from the property, was back on the property and soliciting. Officers were able to obtain an arrest warrant from the magistrate’s office and took Michael Austin Key, 36, of Fairfax, into custody. Mr. Key was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served the trespassing warrant as well as a felony petit larceny charge and was held on a $3000 secured bond as a result of both charges.

9666 Main Street / Bed Bath and Beyond- On February 27, 2021, at approximately 3:45 PM, officers responded to the business for a larceny report. An employee reported that two subjects were attempting to load stolen store displays into their vehicle. When confronted by an employee, the subjects left the property behind and fled the scene in a dark colored minivan. The subjects are described as two black males who were both 18-21 years of age. One subject was wearing a yellow and gray sweatshirt and gray pants. The other subject was wearing a blue sweatshirt and unknown colored pants. The Patrol Division is investigating.

An employee reported that two subjects entered the store and loaded various products onto a cardboard tray. The employees observed two subjects exit the store through an emergency exit carrying items still on hangers and with no bags. The subjects got into a dark minivan and fled the area. It is believed the subjects are the same subjects from cases 2021-2187 and 2021-2191. The Patrol Division is investigating.

David Brian Gorum Jr, 30, no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was still uncooperative. Mr. Gorum was held without bond.

Enide Gabriel, 56, no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with simple assault and petit larceny. Assault on Law Enforcement Officer/Obstruction/Larceny Arrest

10296 Main Street / Noodles & Company- On June 3, 2021, at approximately 6:40 PM, officers responded to the business for a report of larceny that had just occurred. An employee reported a subject entered the business and stole food that was designated as mobile ordering/pickup. The subject did not pay for the food and fled the business. Officers located the subject nearby and the subject was ultimately found to be in possession of the stolen food. During the course of the investigation, the subject was extremely uncooperative with officers and physically assaulted two officers. One officer was punched in the face and another officer was struck by the subject’s head. Officers arrested Jacob Don Coates, 21, of Alexandria and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Coates was charged with two counts of felony assault on a law enforcement officer, one count of misdemeanor obstruction of justice and one count of misdemeanor larceny. Coates was held on no bond.

3900 block of Wilcoxson Drive- On May 26, 2021, at approximately 2:39 PM, officers responded to the area for a report of a firearm brandishing. Through investigation, it was determined during a roommate dispute, a black airsoft pistol was pointed at a roommate. After the incident was deemed safe, the roommate appeared before a magistrate, who found enough probable cause to issue a warrant. Nabil Azaldin Hama, 64, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with brandishing a firearm. Hama was issued a $3000 unsecured bond.

The reporting person ultimately made the payment and later discovered it was a scam. The Patrol Division is investigating.

An employee stated a subject entered the business and took alcohol without paying for it. Officers located the suspect a short time later and found the stolen alcohol on him. Antonio Washington, 24, of District Heights, MD was released on a summons for petit larceny and is due in court on June 22, 2021.

The reporting person stated a subject assaulted two restaurant employees and caused damage to a door frame within the restaurant. Christopher Lamar Trammell, 48, no fixed address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Trammell was charged with two counts of assault and one count of destruction of property. Trammell was held on a $5000 secured bond.

Darrell Damon Smith, 52, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Due to Smith having multiple larceny convictions on his record, he was charged with felony petit larceny and held on a $500 secured bond.
