My neighbor is hoarding paper towels, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, breads, meats, and gallons of milk, juices, and bottled water.
Most items are stored in the garage, ad easy to get at. How can the neighbors and I get these supplies away from this hoarder?
Problem is he is one of those people who own assault guns and pistols.
