But I do have a question...

Clorox wipes kill germs, right?
Baby Wipes clean shit and ALSO kill germs.

If I use baby wipes cuz sumboddy snatched up all of the
Clorox wipes, everything will be clean as a baby's ass.

Ya, they will do in a pinch. Compare the price per wipe though. Baby wipes are more expensive than regular disinfectant cleaning wipes.
