but senate and congress seats (who do NOT control money in VA, only a small part of the nov 5 battle), might be tipped into the blue
while republicans had huge victories they may not get national notoriety for having won a huge share of VA back since obama dem takeover of va
KENTUKY has been said to be similiar - on the nation level MIGHT end up appearing blue but within - RED won pretty good

but even that ... county supervisors HAVE NO TERM LIMIT and are the lions eating the people aorund them that really steer the cash
they are not simply "counted as red or blue" - they may use billions to house illegal aliens simply to stay elections, perhaps billions to a foreign country in a deal, perhaps billions in pay raises while creating no new open work positions, they HAVE NO TERM LIMIT, they may insure the local court is a kangaroo court
all of these "tradjedies of politics" are not red or blue
they are not simply "counted as red or blue" - they may use billions to house illegal aliens simply to stay elections, perhaps billions to a foreign country in a deal, perhaps billions in pay raises while creating no new open work positions, they HAVE NO TERM LIMIT, they may insure the local court is a kangaroo court

let's say you have a republican county super, but the school board is a D minus
your congressman: makes sure VA gets tax returns makes stupid laws
your delegate: makes stupid laws, say X million IN YOUR TOWN, USING YOUR MONEY, will be spent on computer improvents (say, a job your seeking)
your county super: is corrupt and doesn't care where the money goes after he/she dips into it heavily - tranfering it to another fund
your school supervisor: HIRES A NEW JERSEY COMPANY THAT STEALS EXPENSIVE APPLE COMPUTERS OUT OF SCHOOLS, REPLACES THEM WITH CHEAP ASS CHINESE PC, AND BILLS THE FUCK OUT OF IT, AND CHARGES OVERTIME to boot
