SEATTLE (AP) — A federal appeals court gave President Donald Trump another legal win in his efforts to crack down on "sanctuary cities" Friday, upholding the Justice Department's decision to give preferential treatment in awarding community policing grants to cities that cooperate with immigration authorities.


Now withhold that money from these Criminal Democrat run cities.

At the broad level, Republicans are simply ill-suited to managing the complex needs of a diverse urban environment. They have trouble thinking outside of even really, really tiny boxes. And on a more narrow level, the 2-1 panel ruling will fail as the case advances since...

The liberal 9th circuit doesn't agree with you there Perry Mason. Maybe you should use your law degree for toilet paper as that seems to be it's value (yeah, I know you don't have one but still....).

A panel ruling anywhere is well short of being the last word. Even total legal dolts (like you) should know that. The plaintiff (The City of Los Angeles) is pondering what its next moves should be, but the panel ruling itself is clearly beyond the bounds of both the law and discernible Congressional intent.
