Assuming OP is a witness and obtained information about the perpetrator of the alleged hit and run, why not report this to the police rather than post it on this site? Moral of the story: Accountability
Location: South Lakes Shopping Center
Date: 7-6-19 at about 1500
Issue: Two people walking to their
cars, and another parked car backs up into the leg of one of the pedestrians. Car keeps moving, and the driver is alerted by the pedestrian tapping the trunk of the car. Driver does not stop to provide license or insurance, and flees the scene.
In the event (AND I HOPE TO GOD THERE IS NO FUTURE EVENT) that this driver causes further harm, I hope that this post will be found and used to help the driver learn to be accountable for his actions, and that actions have consequences, no matter how fast you run away.

No doubt. A 24 yr old Democrat killed 2 yesterday riding with him in a single car wreck on I95 and closed I 95 north at mile marker 126 in Fredericksburg creating a hellish traffic jam for hours
