How does Fairfax county manage to keep it's taxes so low?

I moved here from New York in 2016. My taxes on my 2600 square foot house are about half of what I paid for a 1750 square foot house on Long Island. The vehicle tax is dirt cheap too. How does Fairfax do it?

I moved here for a good job and I make more money here and pay far less in taxes. All my kids are grown and on their own. No way I would raise kids in backwards ass Fairfax, not for any amount of money. The people here are foul. In 3 years I am out of here.

I learned the difference from my freshman high school teacher, who was great. One day she showed up dressed in 1960s gear, miniskirt and all. Everyone in class will remember that day, because as she was demonstrating 60s dance moves, she had a horrible bout of diarrhea. All down her legs, all over the floor. She kept dancing while crying, but ended up slipping in her fecal malfunction.

Si, Meetser Gringo, Leave and sell chu' house to Mi and mi familia. I parke mi work trucks up and down the street loaded with debris and change the oil right into the storm drain. I then renta rooms out to various hombres who drink constantly and leer at the little muy pequena ninas at the pool. Mi espousa parks our Cadillac escalante in the driveway. She uses to bring mi ninos to escuela to get their free food and jackets cuz' all mi trabajando is off de books.

Each time you roll through an intersection where they are collecting think about how the union is getting money directly from the boots. The union president drinks a ton of wine and that money goes into his party fun. The boot money will also pay for the firefighters pizza tonight.
