Vienna! festival -- an annual holiday weekend packed with all the goodies. 10-to-10 on Saturday. 10-to-10 on Sunday. 10-to-6 on Monday with all of it centered around Center & Church Streets. Early birds can find parking in town (handicapped is everywhere along Mill Street), but the easiest thing may be the free parking and shuttle rides from and to James Madison High School and also the north side of the Vienna Metro station. There will be rwo dozen carnival rides, plus all the carnival goodies and assorted food-truck fare that one could want. Sunday and Monday, the crafts vendors will take over Church Street with tents full of creative wares to wander through and buy. Chance of showers both Sat and Sun night, but the daytime hours are looking pretty good. Great chance for the whole family to get out and enjoy a great time!

Notice that if you take every non-white category, you're up to about 800. So the ratio of white to non-white is approximately 1400/800. White make up a little under 60% now. And whites also include arabs, of which there are at least 100 (low-ball estimate). So it's closer to 50/50 white v non-white now at Madison.
