Thats cheaper than even the crappiest youth hostels... planning a vacation in DC? Just get yourself arrested for drunk in public every night, save big! Plus, the holding cells in Fairfax jail have some pretty entertaining grafitti.

Fucking stupid, considering you're FORCED to go to jail. I always thought drunk in public was one of the most pathetic laws EVER. They say not to drink and drive. Well how else are you supposed to fucking get home if you live less than a mile away? Fucking STUPID law.

I knew a guy who did time in the Dominican Republic. There, you have to buy a cell like a condo or else u sleep on the floor in the hall. When he got discharged, he was able to sell it, again like a condo, at the prevailing market rate based on supply and demand.
