You have not a clue to what the founders did at the constitutional convention 1787-1789 and after till the last of the 10 final amendments were finally ratified by Virginia Dec 15 1791 the last 10 of the last 12 "Death"

Now spell out the others , name them and what states submitted them. Im not giving your handlers any info as said over 130 were submitted, memory says 131 or 134 in total and only 10 made it by Dec 15 1791 the 2nd of those finalized in the Bill of Rights on that date was the Right to Keep and Bear Arms the 2nd Amendment because it was that important to the founders

And 10 were finally ratified on Dec 15 1791 by Virginia. the others were mostly items of importance to various states and not considered to be that important for the entire new nation which "shoots" the slaver patrolers BS straight down
