Everyone knows Jim Acosta is a complete ass-wipe (nothing new). Apparently he went to Annandale High School. Did anybody know him then? Was he this big of an ass-wipe in high school?

If, on the other hand he was a great guy (pulled orphans from burning buildings, etc) be sure to post that too.

Don't know much about Acosta, but from seeing the two of them on TV, I know that Trump is an asshole. Kind of worse than an asshole, actually.

I am friends with Jim and he is one of the nicest and coolest guys I know. I don’t agree with his political views and that’s fine. His job is his job.

That is lunacy. EVERYONE knows CNN will lose this case today. If you listened to the questions the judge asked CNN it is obvious who he is going to side with.

The court is apt to be swayed in some degree by the overwhelming scope of media support for CNN's positions against what is an unprecedented action by Sanders/Trump.

For one thing, the "conduct" that the White House initially alleged, it has now walked away from, conceding that its claims -- like its video -- were phony.

More importantly, while the administration could simply refuse to hold press conferences, having once scheduled them, it cannot restrict coverage to media outlets that it agrees with politically.

Obama briefly tried that on the substantially correct premise that FOX News was not an actual news network, but rather a propaganda arm of the Republican Party. Having made the point however, that game was called off.
