Hostages @ CIA & DNI, gangs attacking stealth bunkers...

Looking through fairfax and loudoun news, we found all types of stuff about hostages being tortured at abandoned office buildings, terrorist gangs trying to take over cold-war weapons control facilities, and lots of other stuff. Surprisingly a lot of it references the RESTV monkeys ("outbreak") who apparently live in the post-apocalyptic command bunker under USGS...
