Why Hasnt Trump Repealed Birth Right Citizenship Yet?

He said he was told by 'people' he could do this with an executive order. What is he waiting for? Liar?

He was just kidding. He says things like that just to watch you and your fellow pink pussy hat wearing asshats convulse with outrage and begin sobbing about how unfair it all is, then he laughs at you. Got you again!

Trump says such things to whip up some ork-ork enthusiasm among his stunningly ignorant base -- a bunch of low-grade goobers who are just too flat out dumb to recognize blatant stupid shit when they hear it.

Why don't people actually read the 14th amendment. It only gives citizenship to those born in the U.S. "AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF." The courts have not tested the meaning of that phrase in the context of someone who crossed the border strictly to produce an anchor baby.

People are here ILLEGALLY! How are they subject to US Jurisdiction? If they come across illegally and get caught, they claim they are seeking asylum. They had no intention of doing so until after they were caught by ICE. There is a process to do that legit. Don't shortcut the process.

First he has to go straighten out the mess in Florida. Then he has to ram through as much legislation as he can while the GOP controls the House and Senate. Then he'll fix the birthright bullshit. Probably end of January timeframe.

How fucking stupid can you be? Ork-ork is a reference to 'trained seals.' You know -- mindless, exploited, dumbfuck jerks like you.

It's been tested to death. And it's very clear as the result that citizenship attaches immediately to nearly all infants born within US jurisdiction. The exceptions are all too trivial to actually bother with unless one is very dumb or a committed right-wing hack.

Hmmm. You are at best one of the very dumb ones. Jurisdiction refers to the range and scope of the government's legal powers. If ICE can validly detain a person, that is ABSOLUTE PROOF POSITIVE that the person is under US jurisdiction. How can this be so difficult for Republicans?

Not as fucking stupid as you are jerk-off. Who uses that word? Is that what you and your fellow asshats say when you get together? Being an asshat, stupid and angry as you is a very bad combination

So your intellectual experience is actually quite limited. Exactly as I would have guessed. Ork-ork, seal-boy.

Wrong on both counts. No 'test' has been done in federal court regarding birthright citizenship for children of illegals. None. Zip. Nada. Why lie?

'Under the Jurisdiction' means 'allegiance to', not 'bound by the laws of'.

You're not too bright. Do some research and stop believing Don Lemon. He's stupid too.
