It may be next month before we eat the Hot Breakfast of Winners, with all the recounts because so many races are tight to the wire. it looks like Democrats picked up 2 maybe 3 Virginia House seats and Tim Kaine keeps his Senate seat Natch!

But the eyes are on the Big Prize The Majorities. By 2 Am we may have a clue. I say the Republicans will keep the Senate and possibly the House by a squeeker so they can elect the Speaker

What will be Your Hot Breakfast of Winners. When The dust settles . Where's the Hot Breakfast Spots in NOVA Now at ? 29 Diner always good for many moons, The Virginian , Bob & Edith's, Bob Evans , Cracker Barrel, IHOP, JJ's On Gen. Washington Blvd ?? No their a different JJ's the original on Huntington Ave closed about 4 years ago after a car ran thru the front window! They Had a Great Hot Breakfast on the Cheap the way I like IT!

All good choices in the initial post, but I gotta say, the City Diner in Bailey's Crossroads can make some really great pancakes, paired with well prepared eggs and sausage.

Great for dinner too.

On Gen Washington Drive in Alexandria, The business warehouse area off I 95 at Edsall Rd.

The original JJ's was next to the 7-11 on Huntington Ave by the yellow line Metro station, they had great breakfasts and the best fried fish sandwiches on plain white bread in NOVA all cheap Mr and Mrs Lim Koreans owned it more then 30 years .There not the same people at the new JJs which has similar food but are also Koreans

My Hot Breakfast of 1/2 Winners a retro diner scalloped platter tomorrow

This ones from the Inlet Lodge In OC, Keep That Dammed red pepper off those taters ! Other then that..It was Dammed Good!
