i know illegals working at dmv - placed there by democrats - are giving illegals licenses without tests. i know because it's obvious they have NO CLUE who has the right of way
also i know the DMV test is RIGGED to cause certain people to re-take the test. there are no statistics on it
i kept my old virginia guide and new (still have today). they altered the new guide despite that NONE of the rules of the road have changed - FOR MONEY. but they also added confuses points and phrases linked to the test. together they form an impossibility one does not answer certain questions either incorrectly or by guessing. this is an OLD TRICK - linking tests to material - and trick questions - and the goal is MONEY.
I CHALLENGED THE DMV, WITH MY CITATIONS WRITTEN DOWN. THEY TRIED TO SEIZE THAT PAPER AND THREATENED I WOULD BE JAILED IF I DIDN'T LEAVE.
btw: i passed the test. i did not "need" to challenge them.

Does anyone have info related to a recent year model, black/dark gray Dodge Charger with the VA personalized plate "Mukhtar"?
This car has been driving slowly around several townhouse parking lots in the Franconia area recently, seems to be looking at cars and houses. Neighbor passed along that this had happened more than once recently. When I saw the car it was too dark to get any decent description of the driver other than most likely male

1/2 the illegal aliens right now do NOT HAVE THEIR HEADLIGHTS ON - which the driver's DMV guide says clearly to do
they stomp on the gas, they cut people off - so they're not trying to save money. i think they are just aggressive pricks and should get tickets for aggressive driving
