Best Condos in Oakton?

I'm considering purchasing my first house. This area as most know is costly. I don't want a ghetto condo with a laundry room, and am looking at these developments.

Oakton Terrace, 2817 Jermantown Condos, Four Winds, and Borge Street Condos. Anyone know what the condo fees and or management is like?

Mehh… Knowing the Oakton/FFX city area, the 2817 Jermantown condos and Four Winds are much better. Oakton terrace was always pretty sus, at least from HS.

At least in Oakton condos it'll be white people. No spics or third world types.

From my observations, these Oakton condos are mostly populated by third world shithole country refugees.

Get a realtor. Read some realty sites. Asking such questions of a bunch of middle school dummies with disciplinary problems is not such a good idea.

I have yet to visit a "condo" apartment in Oakton that was not inhabited by a bunch of glum cunts.
