I walk my dogs along colchester road every morning and evening and the last three nights I have done so, I have witnessed large groups young Hispanic males loitering in the woods doing god knows what. Just last night, my husband saw a group of them dumping what looked like a rolled up carpet in Popes head creek and called the police and reported it. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned about the whole thing. They even brazenly hang around shops and cafes, harassing women and make subtle threats of violence. I’ve complained to the police and even the county and nothing is being done about it.

All the cops are scared as you are of gang members.
They carry weapons and aren't afraid to use them.
Police tend to stick to writing tickets and getting through to another paycheck.
Even if one of them had the balls to try and do something about your situation, some professional complainer would accuse them of profiling.
When someone is killed and all the gang members are gone, a few dozen cops will show up and play CSI for the TV cameras.

Unlike niggers who cops pretty have free reign to waste, spics are a protected species courtesy of Sharon Bulova. As a result, the have carte blanche to murder, rape and extort. Fortunately they know better than to do this to white folks. Their crimes are mostly limited to spic on spic crime.

Finally, towns are not independent of the counties of which they are part of. Rather, a town is a municipality which is part of a county. This means counties still exert significant influence over the activities of a town which is why town residents vote for county government officers.
