Sorry, that was my post above. I thought you said “ black cops”
I saw five of them surround a car parked at Fairfax Corner. They were frisking one gentleman who had been a passenger. I was on my way to eat dinner before going to see a movie so I didn’t see what happened after that.
Was it a white corolla? If so that was me. But I didn't get frisked. I was hanging out with this girl I just started dating before we went into a movie. They were cool to us and just made sure we weren't drinking. I told them just Rockstar sir.
No one has any comments on just how short their shorts are?
Are they trying to become some metro tv sitcom or something ?
Honestly, things are getting quite strange around here. The two on the
bicycle today were an odd couple. One about 6'4" and the other probably 100 lbs less in weight and almost a full foot shorter. The shorter officer's shorts were literally a centimeter lower than his butt checks and it looked like he had light mascara on his eyes.
The bike cops are an outdated concept from the 80's-90's community policing initiatives (nice theory but in practice, a failure).
In reality they are entitled sloths, whose entire shift revolves around 2 hour gym sessions, where to eat lunch and finally where to get dessert and/or coffee afterwards.
All it would require for accountability would be to designate a specific area and make them answer radio runs and show productivity. However, the diversity devil has taken hold and some are there solely for PR posters, not actual police work.
You'll hardly see these primadonnas ride their bikes anymore, let alone on patrol. Some think they are undercover narcotics officers, they're not.
Back in the 90's the bike cops in Reston use to be extremely effective. They use to roll up into the projects and bust people for dealing drugs. The bikes cops were the coolest of the all the cops because the second part of their jobs was community outreach which is basically letting the public know cops are friendly people.
Bike cops at GMU we’re very effective!
Sadly, it was kids hotboxing in their parked cars or underage drinking.
Pentagon city had them in the parking decks too
