YES!!!!!!! Annandale K-Mart is an eyesore. I would love to see luxury condominiums constructed where that shithole strip mall is. Get all the homeless living there and loitering at the Library and panhandling to become maids and maintenance workers at the luxury condos.......This would be a WIN/WIN for FX.

If you look at local maps from 100 years ago, you'll see that what's on them is roads and streams and farmhouses by the names of the families that owned them.

I'm having a hard time thinking of LANDMARKS that have been torn down to build condos. A few EYESORES, sure. But not so much on the landmarks.

NO NO NO, WE WANT TO TAKE MONEY TO BUILD CONDOS OVER EVERY PIECE OF UNDEVELOPED LAND AND DO NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE AREA SO THERE IS GRIDLOCK CONSTANTLY.

Gridlock is created when large numbers of morons all decide to use the same roads to travel the same routes at the same time. You’d think they’d learn not to do that at some point.

Stupid can be hard to fix. Buy that “affordable” house out in the exurbs, then wonder why commuting is such a costly hassle. That’s a special kind of dumb right there!
