I'm with Edison on this. We should beat the shit out of hateful, intolerant people.

Last night's "penny university" meetup discussion at Café Amouri at Vienna, VA
(located downtown Vienna, not far from the Vienna Rail Station Park), the topic of "physical violence" was discussed in the context of dream of a world wihout war. Related topic is "What is Utopia" . Well, definition that is commonly used is it is a "community that does not exist now but possible in future. For example, a community without physical violence, as an aspiration.
Topic:
Randy Best, the Leader of NOVES.ORG, and who coordinated this small group discussion of about 25 persons who showed for this topic:
Randy's presentation on Utopia is "scholarly" while my take on "Utopia" is "Deed before Creed".
I asked the question: What would it take to create a "successful" community say of a 1000 residents or so, as envisioned by B.F. Skinner in his classic book, "Walden Two", written addressed to the World War II Vets coming home from War in 1945.
Surely, B.F. Skinner's vision of a practical "Utopia" is worth revisiting now, going forward, 2018+, beyond philosophy and scholarly discourse ?
