Discussion: This valuable activity of "neighbor to neighbor" and "person to person" of our common interests in the neighborhood basis, such as value added activities that can help to strengthen "healthier community" (A top goal of the Board of Supervisors)
can be discussed and formulated needs to be activated with support from
the current leaders of this organization.
Question: Anyone will join me to "reactivate" this "Let's Talk Providence" meetup event and help
find a host, such as nearby Café at Mosaic Merrifield Urban Hub, if possible in 2018+ ?
A Co-Host is needed, and appreciated.

Lawyers are needed in a democratic society like ours, as others such as
scientists, engineers, and "community wealth" activists.
But I am not a lawyer, and skills to solving "riddles" are important for kids and adults.
More Conversattion: "Let's Talk Providence" is designed as a "meeup" type small group event, where neighbors can come together to strengthening "healthier" community, healthier individuals, family, and neighbors, in a more "connected" urban hub as is Providence District, which I think has about 100,000 residents, and is the most "densely populated district in Fairfax County.
Here is one example of a "Neighborhood Activity" that can help "Healthier Community" for 50+ Adults, anchored at the amazing "Providence District Community Center, that we are fortunate to have now !

Some Key Issues at Providence District Urban Hub.
(01) How to develop small group participation at the
newly built Providence District Community Center in such activities, already on going. Example:
(a) Daily 50+ Senior Lunch (that includes good conversation, music , dance and making friends (ethnics such as Korean American & Chinese American have strong presence but not other ethnics yet)
(b) Dance-Exercise Events (Healthier Community) (no cost or low cost)
(c) Ping Pong Tables (Chinese & Koreans use this activity well but not other ethnics or non-ethnics currently) (great to keep 50+ healthier with this activity)
(d) Basketball teams, Badminton, Exercise Bike ( I do this one, target 2 or 3 times a week for half hour)
(e) Music for Healthier Living (not active though a singing group was started but not very active as best as I know)

For example: How to strengthen "mixed income neighborhood" by creating one or more Affordable Housing Project next, beside the high cost condos that have been built here, and sold out mostly in the last few years ?
