There are millions of tons of food, water, and essentials sitting on the docks or just off shore in boats. They don't have drivers to drive the trucks out to the villages and get it to the people. And the roads are still mostly impassable. The drivers are asking for double their regular pay to take the supplies out (basically, they're on strike). Trump needs to send in military personnel and take over from the idiot local buffoons who can't seem to wipe their own asses.

The stores have food. DUH! Why starve when you can eat!
