(ALSO IN NEWS: Chantilly crime has risen incredibly - a continual flow of commercial burglaries often armed. CREDIT CARD SKIMMERS have been found in chantilly so many times now one can assume it's on a regular basis)

Yes, it was. He's a POS. Someone should strangle that SOB in his cell and save the State the money to house that garbage.

FYI - person run over was hispanic.
