Hells Angel in FX

I was on the D.C. Co parkway yesterday and saw a lone Hells Angel biker. First one I have seen around herr. is there a local chapter?

If there was a real chapter here, FFX cops would be on them like flies on shit.

Probably just another random New York city with short/long term business in NOVA.
