Lack of Cars Halloween Night at 2am

I was very surprised last night when I left a packed bar and went home close to 1:30am. Most of the roads didn't have ANY cars on them. I noticed several taxi's.

I guess everybody realized cops would be out in full force and were staying at parties or already asleep after kids parties. The roads were eerily quiet like a ghost town.

Daylight savings meant people were out to "3am" when bars closed
