Virginia State Senator Dick Saslaw feels hes above the law, flagrantly parking in a well marked fire lane in front of the cleaners at Ravensworth Center. He came out and I said "that's no parking and its a fire lane", he mumbled, "yea".
No handicap tag on the rear viewer, no passenger he was picking up, he was in the cleaners a while by himself.
Everyone else in the center was in parking spaces . Total arrogance on his part to do this in full view of citizens.

I always carry a very small pepper spray canister and discretely put a little squirt on the drivers door handle when someone douche-parks. It gets on their hand and then the steering wheel and really fucks them up!

I have been to that shopping center a number of times. It is not unusual to see cars standing or parked on the fire lane in front of the Tae Kwon Do place or the Post Office. Less frequently someone will park in front of the dry cleaners. In most cases it is minivans or German sedans being driven by white women. Can't recall seeing someone parked in front of the drug store before. Of course none of them have plates that let you easily identify who the driver was.
