And you expect to figure that out by sitting in your basement posting on the internet?

How about looking out the fucking window? Or God forbid actually leaving the house and taking a walk. If your neighborhood is so fucked up that you are afraid to do either of those things, then a helicopter should be a regular enough occurrence that it shouldn't matter why they are there.

If it affects you, someone will knock on your door.
