Parking too close to My Driveway

I live next to a Hispanic guy that has 2 tenants in the house along with him. One guy always parks his car in front of my house instead of his house for reasons I do not understand (except that it leaves the front of their house open). Sometimes he likes to use the shade of one of our trees to park his vehicles - his vehicle, a Honda Odyssey converted to a work van is about 6 feet from my drive and blocks my view backing out.

Should I call the police non-emergency number and have him ticketed?

*Despite living here for the 6 years I have lived here they do not appear to speak any English and I personally dont feel like speaking Spanish to them (I can speak at basically a 1st grader level in Spanish). They are not at all friendly and have, before my time, keyed cars in the neighborhood for parking in front of their house. PS Woodson pyramid.

If you think he's illegals, steal his license plates. Are they MD or VA plates?

It won't be easy for an beaner to get new plates since the paper work on the car is probably a mess.

get some thermal security cameras up on your property first. Once they figure out you are calling them in they will retaliate. Lets hope Trump can pass some laws quickly where we can rid our neighborhoods of these spic lowlifes once and for all.

Don't think it's against law to park on the street in front of your house. I wouldn't take the license plates off bc you'd catch a vehicle tampering charge if caught. Sucks

the law says you can't park within 10 feet of a drive way, unless it is your own. Call the non-emergency number of Fairfax County and discuss with them. Perhaps they can send am officer who is in the area over to check it out and ticket the offender.

If your neighborhood has an HOA, it may prohibit work vehicles, another avenue worth exploring.

What the guy is doing is pretty rude, but it is the "open border" politicians who create this rude immigrant situation that we find ourselves in.

Also the guy smokes in front of my house by the tree at night on his phone and leaves a pile of butts by my driveway.

THIS.

By law the vehicle on a public street should be operable, not left in the same spot for over ten days, tagged, insured, and inspected. It shouldn't be withing 10 feet of your driveway curb cut. Other than that, he is free to park his car there.
Call the cops if he is in violation, or talk to him, but for god's sake don't do both! If he is unfriendly, just call the cops. One ticket doesn't hurt to badly if paid promptly and it will sting enough to make him not want another one.

If they EVER talked to me it would be no problem. If I felt they spoke a word of English it would be a small problem. They do other shit like building up dykes to divert water runoff so instead of drainage going from my yard to theirs to the street they put rocks and piles of dirt along the property line so the water backs up on my property. They toss yard waste over the fence into my yard. They start work at 430 am and are loud with garbage cans, beating rugs and shit.

I have had Hispanic neighbors I really liked but these people are thoughtless douchebags. At least no barking dogs - that is the worst.

Like your Hispanic neighbors, you're probably from elsewhere and came to the area for a job. What makes you any better?
Grow a set and address the issue with your neighbors.

A little squirt of pepper spray on the driver's door handle should help.

You are going to either need to grow a pair and (while armed) go out there and lay down the law to the fucking beaners, or start making enough money that you can afford to move out of the ghetto.

The problem you are having is occurring in nearly every neighborhood in the county. And rest assured that Sharon Bulova doesn't give a fuck.

I realize its not much but my house is worth 700K. How much does it cost to escape los amigos in Fairfax?

$2-$5 million and up.

Anything lower they can cram 12 of then into and split the cost and park cars all over the yard.

I disagree, every time I got to the DMV the beaners have their entire fucking family there with them. Seriously, 5-6 people there to renew tags, kids, aunt, grandma...

I rented a house a few years back and had the same issue. I tried talking to the people and they took a violent stance. They literally thought I was calling out there manhood and they had to defend themselves. I simply did not back down and they moved the car for about a month.

They then had numerous police visits for everything from noise complaints to domestic violence to altercations with other neighbors. I called the Fire Marshall and complained about the number of people living in the dueling. This is a fire hazard and this had the place condemned.
