If they EVER talked to me it would be no problem. If I felt they spoke a word of English it would be a small problem. They do other shit like building up dykes to divert water runoff so instead of drainage going from my yard to theirs to the street they put rocks and piles of dirt along the property line so the water backs up on my property. They toss yard waste over the fence into my yard. They start work at 430 am and are loud with garbage cans, beating rugs and shit.
I have had Hispanic neighbors I really liked but these people are thoughtless douchebags. At least no barking dogs - that is the worst.
